Movimientos y traslados

Shift stock to where it needs to be — a quick direct move from one bin to another inside a warehouse, or a transfer order that sends stock to a different warehouse and tracks it in transit until it's received at the other end.

Mueve las existencias adonde deben estar — un movimiento directo rápido de una ubicación a otra dentro de un almacén, o una orden de traslado que envía existencias a otro almacén y las rastrea en tránsito hasta que se reciben en el otro extremo.

Direct move (bin → bin)

Scan the SKU. Pull the scan trigger over the product barcode you're moving.
Scan the source bin. Scan the location you're taking it from — the screen shows what's available there.
Scan the destination bin. Scan the location you're moving it to.
Set the quantity. Use the ± stepper to enter how much you're moving.
Transfer. Tap Transfer. On-hand updates in both bins and the move lands in movement history.

Bin-to-bin? Use a direct move. If both locations are in the same warehouse, a direct move is instant — you don't need a transfer order or any approval.¿De ubicación a ubicación? Transfer order (to another warehouse). Order TO-77 sends stock to warehouse DC-02: a supervisor approves it, you ship from the source (stock goes in-transit), and someone at DC-02 receives it at the other end.

Good practice: bin-to-bin within one site is a direct move; site-to-site is a transfer order. Picking the right one keeps the in-transit and approval tracking correct.Buena práctica: de ubicación a ubicación dentro de un mismo sitio es un movimiento directo; de sitio a sitio es una orden de traslado. Sending stock to another warehouse goes through three stages — approve → ship → receive. A supervisor approves the order, you ship it from the source (stock goes in-transit), and someone at the destination receives it, recording any over or short.

Enviar existencias a otro almacén pasa por tres etapas — aprobar → expedir → recibir. Un supervisor aprueba la orden, tú la expides desde el origen (las existencias quedan en tránsito) y alguien en el destino la recibe, registrando cualquier exceso o falta.

Open the approved order. A supervisor approves the transfer order first; once approved it appears ready to ship.
Scan and ship from the source. Scan each line's SKU and bin, confirm the quantities, and tap Ship. The stock leaves on-hand and becomes in transit.
Receive at the destination. At the other warehouse, open the order, scan the arriving lines, and tap Receive — recording any over or short against what was shipped.

Abre la orden aprobada. Un supervisor aprueba primero la orden de traslado; una vez aprobada, aparece lista para expedir.
Escanea y expide desde el origen. Escanea el SKU y la ubicación de cada línea, confirma las cantidades y toca Expedir. Las existencias salen del on-hand y quedan en tránsito.

A transfer order is two steps. Ship out at the source, then receive at the other warehouse. Between the two, the stock is in transit — it has left the source but hasn't landed at the destination yet.Una orden de traslado son dos pasos. Expide en el origen y luego recibe en el otro almacén. Entre ambos, las existencias están en tránsito — han salido del origen pero aún no han llegado al destino.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

The destination bin isn't accepted: The location is invalid, full, or not in this warehouse. Pick a valid destination bin (e.g. P-04-01) and rescan its label.
The in-transit stock never arrives: It's waiting to be received at the other warehouse (e.g. DC-02). It only lands on-hand there once someone receives the order — coordinate with the destination.
I'm over or short when receiving: Record the actual quantity you received against what was shipped. The system reconciles the difference; don't force it to match.
I scanned the wrong source bin: Rescan the correct source location before setting the quantity — the move comes out of whichever bin you scanned.

No se acepta la ubicación destino: La ubicación es inválida, está llena o no pertenece a este almacén. Elige una ubicación destino válida (p. ej. P-04-01) y vuelve a escanear su etiqueta.
Las existencias en tránsito nunca llegan: Están a la espera de ser recibidas en el otro almacén (p. ej. DC-02). Solo entran al on-hand allí cuando alguien recibe la orden — coordínate con el destino.
