Copiloto WMS

An assistant that rides along on the handheld. Ask it questions in plain words, get guidance for whatever you're doing, and approve actions it prepares for you. It knows your warehouse and your current task — but it never posts anything until you confirm.

Using the Copilot

Usar el Copiloto

Open the Copilot. Tap the ✨ button in any screen's header, or the WMS Copilot card on Home. It opens wherever you are.
Ask in your own words. Type a question, tap one of the suggested prompts, or hold the 🎤 mic and just say it.
Read the answer. The Copilot replies in plain language — and because it knows your warehouse and current task, the answer is about your stock and your work, not a generic one.
Review any proposal. When the Copilot proposes an action, it shows a proposal card describing exactly what it will do.
Confirm or reject. Tap Confirm to post the action, or Reject to discard it. Nothing happens until you choose.

Abre el Copiloto. Toca el botón ✨ en el encabezado de cualquier pantalla, o la tarjeta Copiloto WMS en Inicio. Se abre estés donde estés.

Ask it anything. Receiving, putaway, stock, lots, what to do next — if it's about your warehouse, the Copilot can help. You don't need exact wording; ask the way you'd ask a colleague.Pregúntale lo que sea. A few real questions. You ask "Where's SKU WIDGET-22?" and the Copilot lists the bins holding it with available quantity (e.g. A-12-03 — 18 on-hand). You ask "Why is lot L2406 blocked?" and it explains the hold — past expiry, in quarantine. It then proposes moving 6 units to A-12-03; you read the proposal card and tap Confirm to post it.

Good practice: be specific — include the SKU, bin or order in your question (e.g. WIDGET-22, A-12-03). Talk to the Copilot the way you'd talk to a teammate. A few things people ask:

"What's next?" — and it points you at your next task.
"Where's SKU-44821?" — and it tells you the bins holding it.
"Why is this lot blocked?" — and it explains the hold.

Approving proposals

Aprobar propuestas

The Copilot can prepare an action for you — a move, an adjustment, a count — but it only ever proposes. The proposal card spells out what it intends to do, and nothing reaches the system until you tap Confirm. If it's not what you want, tap Reject and it's gone.

El Copiloto puede preparar una acción para ti — un movimiento, un ajuste, un recuento — pero siempre solo propone. La tarjeta de propuesta detalla lo que pretende hacer, y nada llega al sistema hasta que tocas Confirmar. Si no es lo que quieres, toca Rechazar y desaparece.

The Copilot only proposes — you always confirm. It can do the thinking and line everything up, but you stay in control: no proposal posts until you say so.El Copiloto solo propone — tú siempre confirmas. Common issues

Problemas habituales

It can't find what I asked about: Double-check the code and that you're in the right warehouse — the Copilot only sees your selected site (e.g. DC-01). Try the exact SKU or bin, like WIDGET-22 or A-12-03.
A proposal looks wrong: Tap Reject — nothing is posted unless you confirm. The Copilot only ever proposes; you stay in control.
It says I can't do an action: You may not have permission for it. The Copilot respects your role — ask a supervisor if you need access.
It won't answer / seems offline: Some answers need a connection to the server. Check your sync status; once you're back online, ask again.

No encuentra lo que le pregunto: Vuelve a comprobar el código y que estás en el almacén correcto — el Copiloto solo ve tu sitio seleccionado (p. ej. DC-01). Prueba el SKU o la ubicación exactos, como WIDGET-22 o A-12-03.
