Confirm a delivery into stock — against a purchase order / ASN, or ad-hoc with no document. Scan each item (one GS1 barcode fills in the SKU, lot, expiry and serial), enter the quantity, and confirm. Confirming adds the stock to on-hand and creates putaway work.

Receive against a PO / ASN

Recepción contra OC / ASN

Open the receipt. From Inbound → Receiving, scan the PO/ASN barcode, or tap a receipt in the queue. You'll see its lines and progress (e.g. 2 / 6 received).
Scan the item. On a line, pull the scan trigger over the carton's barcode. A GS1 barcode automatically fills the SKU, lot, expiry and serial — you usually only confirm the quantity.
Capture lot / serial if required. If the SKU is lot- or serial-tracked, the screen asks for them. Scan the lot, and scan each unit's serial, until all are captured.
Enter the quantity. Use the ± stepper to set the received quantity (and any rejected quantity for damaged units). Pick the unit of measure if you're counting cases or pallets.
Confirm the line with the green Confirm line button, then repeat for the remaining lines.
Confirm the receipt. When every line is done, tap Confirm receipt. Stock is added to on-hand and putaway tasks are created — you'll see a completion summary.

Confirma la línea con el botón verde Confirmar línea y repite con las líneas restantes.
Confirma la recepción. Cuando todas las líneas estén listas, toca Confirmar recepción. Las existencias se suman al on-hand y se crean tareas de almacenaje; verás un resumen final.

One scan does it all. A GS1 carton barcode encodes the product, lot, expiry, serial and quantity — scanning it once fills the whole line, so you just confirm.Un solo escaneo basta. For lot & serial tracked items, the line can't be confirmed until the lot and every unit serial are captured. Confirm posts the receipt. It increases on-hand and is permanent — corrections afterward are done via an adjustment or return, not by editing the receipt.Confirmar contabiliza la recepción. Good practice: receive one PO at a time and confirm each line as you finish it — if you're interrupted, your progress is saved and the next person sees exactly what's left.Buena práctica: recibe una OC a la vez y confirma cada línea al terminarla — si te interrumpen, tu progreso queda guardado y la siguiente persona ve exactamente lo que falta.

Informar una discrepancia

If the delivery doesn't match what was expected — over, short, damaged, or the wrong item — tap Report a discrepancy on the receive screen. Choose the type, enter the actual quantity and a reason (add a photo for damage), and submit.

Si la entrega no coincide con lo esperado — de más, de menos, dañado o artículo incorrecto — toca Informar discrepancia en la pantalla de recepción. Elige el tipo, introduce la cantidad real y un motivo (añade una foto si hay daños) y envía.

Blind (ad-hoc) receive

To take in stock that has no PO — a sample, a found item, a manual receipt — use Blind / direct receive from the Inbound home. Scan the item, scan the destination bin, enter the quantity, and receive. The stock goes straight to that bin.

Para ingresar existencias sin OC — una muestra, un artículo encontrado, una recepción manual — usa Recepción ciega / directa desde el inicio de Entradas. Escanea el artículo, escanea la ubicación de destino, introduce la cantidad y recibe. Las existencias van directas a esa ubicación.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

The barcode won't scan: Use manual entry to type the code (it's flagged for audit). A damaged label can be reprinted from Printing labels.
I received more or less than the PO: Don't force the quantity — use Report a discrepancy (over / short). It routes to review before posting.
The wrong item turned up: Report a discrepancy → wrong item; don't receive it against this line.
I confirmed the wrong quantity: A posted receipt can't be edited — correct it with a Stock adjustment or a Return.
It won't let me confirm: The SKU is lot/serial-tracked and something's missing — capture the lot and every serial first; the button shows what's left.

El código no se escanea: Usa la entrada manual para teclear el código (queda marcado para auditoría). Una etiqueta dañada se puede reimprimir desde Impresión de etiquetas.
Recibí más o menos que la OC: No fuerces la cantidad — usa Informar discrepancia (de más / de menos). Pasa a revisión antes de contabilizar.
