Consulta de existencias

Scan anything — a bin, a SKU, a label — to see what it is and how much is where. A bin scan shows everything sitting in it; a SKU scan shows every place it lives and the running totals across bins and warehouses. No typing, no menus — just point and pull the trigger.

Look up a bin

Consultar una ubicación

Scan the bin label. Pull the scan trigger over the location barcode on the rack or shelf. The screen opens straight to that bin.
Read what's inside. You'll see every SKU and lot stored in that bin, each with its on-hand, available and damaged quantities.
Tap a line for detail. Open any SKU to see its lot, expiry and license plate, or jump to its full SKU view.

Consultar un SKU

Scan the product barcode. Pull the trigger over the SKU or carton barcode — a GS1 label works too. The SKU view opens.
See where it lives. The screen lists every bin and warehouse holding that SKU, with the quantity in each.
Check the totals. At the top you get the running figures: on-hand, reserved and available, rolled up across all bins and warehouses.

Reservations & ATP

Reservas y ATP

The numbers mean different things, and the difference matters when you're chasing stock. On-hand is what's physically in the bin. Reserved is what's already promised to open orders. Available (sometimes shown as ATP — available-to-promise) is what's left to pick or sell. Tap through to see exactly which reservations are holding the stock.

Las cifras significan cosas distintas, y la diferencia importa cuando buscas existencias. On-hand es lo que está físicamente en la ubicación. Reservado es lo que ya está comprometido a pedidos abiertos. Disponible (a veces mostrado como ATP — disponible para promesa) es lo que queda para preparar o vender. Available = on-hand − reserved. If a SKU shows plenty on-hand but little available, the rest is reserved for orders. The reservations list tells you which orders are holding it.Disponible = on-hand − reservado. Si un SKU muestra mucho on-hand pero poco disponible, el resto está reservado para pedidos. Common issues

Problemas habituales

It shows zero but I can see stock here: The units may be in a different bin, or received but not yet put away. Scan the SKU to see every bin, and check Movement history for the latest moves.
Available is lower than on-hand: That's expected — the rest is reserved for open orders. Tap through to the reservations to see which orders are holding it.
The code isn't found: You've scanned the wrong code, or you're looking in the wrong warehouse. Check the active warehouse at the top, and rescan the SKU or bin label.
One SKU appears in two bins: That's normal — stock is often split between a pick face (e.g. P-04-01) and a bulk location (e.g. A-12-03). The totals add them up.

Muestra cero pero veo existencias aquí: Las unidades pueden estar en otra ubicación, o recibidas pero aún sin almacenar. Escanea el SKU para ver cada ubicación y revisa el historial de movimientos para los últimos movimientos.
