Work a replenishment task

Trabajar una tarea de reabastecimiento

Open your task. Tap a replenishment task assigned to you from the Replenishment list. It shows the SKU, how much to move, and where it's going.
Scan the source bin. Pull the scan trigger over the bulk storage bin's label so the app knows you're pulling from the right place.
Scan the SKU. Scan the item's barcode to confirm you've picked up the correct product before you move it.
Scan the destination bin. Scan the forward-pick bin label where the stock needs to go. The app checks it matches the task.
Confirm the quantity. Use the ± stepper to set how many you're moving, then tap Complete move. The stock shifts from bulk to the pick face and the task is closed.

Good practice: work your replenishments before the wave starts, so pickers never reach an empty pick face mid-order. Works offline. If the network drops, your completed moves are saved to the outbox and sync automatically when you're back online — keep working your tasks.Funciona sin conexión. Common issues

Problemas habituales

The source bin is empty: There's nothing left in B-02-01 to pull. Replenish the bulk location first, or pull from another bulk bin that holds the same SKU and report the empty bin.
The pick face is already full: If A-12-03 can't take the full 12, move only what fits as a partial and skip the rest — the task stays open for the remainder.
The same task keeps reappearing: A high-velocity SKU drains its face faster than one top-up lasts. Flag it for a bigger pick face so it needs replenishing less often.
I scanned the wrong bin: The app rejects a bin that doesn't match the task — just rescan the correct source or destination label.

La ubicación origen está vacía: No queda nada en B-02-01 para retirar. Repón primero la ubicación masiva, o retira de otra ubicación masiva que tenga el mismo SKU e informa de la ubicación vacía.
