Print or reprint location, pallet, shipping and product labels from the handheld. Pick the label type and a warehouse printer, scan what you're labelling, set the copies, preview and print.

Print a label

Imprimir una etiqueta

Choose the label type. Tap the type you need — Location, Pallet / LPN, Shipping or Product.
Pick the printer. Choose the warehouse printer nearest you from the list so the label comes out where you're standing.
Scan the item or reference. Pull the scan trigger over the bin, pallet, shipment or product you're labelling so the right details fill in.
Set the number of copies. Use the ± stepper to choose how many labels you need.
Preview and print. Check the on-screen preview looks right, then tap Print. The label prints at the selected printer.

Elige el tipo de etiqueta. Toca el tipo que necesitas — Ubicación, Palé / LPN, Expedición o Producto.
Elige la impresora. Selecciona en la lista la impresora del almacén más cercana para que la etiqueta salga donde estás.
Escanea el artículo o la referencia. Pulsa el gatillo sobre la ubicación, el palé, la expedición o el producto que vas a etiquetar para que se rellenen los datos correctos.
Fija el número de copias. Usa el control ± para elegir cuántas etiquetas necesitas.
Previsualiza e imprime. Comprueba que la vista previa en pantalla se ve bien y toca Imprimir. La etiqueta se imprime en la impresora seleccionada.

Printing a location label. A bin label has fallen off A-12-03. Pick label type Location, choose printer DOCK-ZPL-1, scan or type the bin A-12-03, set copies to 1, check the preview and tap Print — the new label drops out at the dock printer ready to stick on.

Good practice: keep the right media loaded in each printer — location and shipping labels use different label stock. Printing a shipping label on location media (or vice-versa) wastes a roll and jams the printer.Buena práctica: mantén el material correcto cargado en cada impresora — las etiquetas de ubicación y de expedición usan rollos distintos. Imprimir una etiqueta de expedición en material de ubicación (o al revés) desperdicia un rollo y atasca la impresora.

If the printer is offline

Si la impresora está sin conexión

If the printer you chose is offline or out of media, the job can't print right away — the app shows a printer problem screen. From there you can retry, choose another printer, or hold the job and reprint it later once a printer is back.

Si la impresora que elegiste está sin conexión o sin material, el trabajo no puede imprimirse de inmediato — la app muestra una pantalla de problema de impresora. Desde ahí puedes reintentar, elegir otra impresora o retener el trabajo y reimprimirlo más tarde cuando haya una impresora disponible.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

The printer is offline: The job is held, not lost. Retry once DOCK-ZPL-1 is back, pick another nearby printer, or hold it and reprint later.
Nothing comes out: Check the printer has media and power and is online. If it still won't print, choose another printer from the list.
The label is the wrong size: You likely chose the wrong label type — Location, Pallet / LPN, Shipping and Product each use different stock. Reprint with the correct type.
The label printed faded: The ribbon or head is worn. Re-scan the same reference here to reprint a fresh copy; if it's still faint, flag the printer for service.

La impresora está sin conexión: El trabajo queda retenido, no se pierde. Reintenta cuando DOCK-ZPL-1 vuelva, elige otra impresora cercana, o retenlo y reimprímelo más tarde.
No sale nada: Comprueba que la impresora tenga material y energía y esté en línea. Si aún no imprime, elige otra impresora de la lista.
La etiqueta sale con el tamaño equivocado: Seguramente elegiste el tipo de etiqueta incorrecto — Ubicación, Palé / LPN, Expedición y Producto usan rollos distintos. Reimprime con el tipo correcto.
La etiqueta salió descolorida: La cinta o el cabezal están gastados. Vuelve a escanear la misma referencia aquí para reimprimir una copia nueva; si sigue tenue, marca la impresora para mantenimiento.
