Move received stock from the staging area to its storage bin. The app guides you to the best bin for each item, so you just scan, confirm and go — stock lands where the warehouse rules want it.

Put stock away

Almacenar existencias

Open a putaway task. From Inbound → Putaway, tap a task in your list. It shows the item, the quantity waiting in staging, and the bin the system suggests.
Read the suggested bin. The app picks the best storage location for you and shows it at the top of the task. Walk to that bin.
Scan the bin to confirm. At the location, scan the suggested bin's barcode to confirm you're putting it there — or scan a different valid bin if you need to override.
Confirm the quantity. Use the ± stepper to set how many units you're putting away (you can split a task across more than one trip).
Complete the task. Tap Complete. The stock moves out of staging and into the bin — on-hand now shows it in its storage location.

Abre una tarea de almacenaje. En Entradas → Almacenaje, toca una tarea de tu lista. Muestra el artículo, la cantidad en espera en la zona de preparación y la ubicación que sugiere el sistema.

You can override the suggested bin, but only to a bin the rules allow. If no valid bin is available — it's full, blocked, or the wrong zone — don't force it; flag an exception so a supervisor can sort it out.Puedes cambiar la ubicación sugerida, pero solo a una que permitan las reglas. Good practice: trust the suggested bin. Overriding scatters the same SKU across the warehouse, slows the next picker, and breaks the rules that keep fast movers near picking — only override when the suggested bin truly can't take the stock.Buena práctica: confía en la ubicación sugerida. The putaway queue lists everything waiting in staging, with the oldest and highest-priority tasks at the top. Tap any task to start it, or scan a staging license plate to jump straight to its task.

Works offline. If the network drops, your completed putaways are saved to the outbox and sync automatically when you're back online — keep scanning.Funciona sin conexión. Common issues

Problemas habituales

The suggested bin is full: Don't cram it in — override to a valid nearby bin the rules allow, or if none works, flag an exception so a supervisor can free up or reassign the location.
I scanned the wrong bin: The app rejects a bin that doesn't match the task or breaks the rules — just rescan the correct bin's barcode. Nothing is committed until you tap Complete.
The item won't go into putaway: It may still need QC inspection or isn't putaway-eligible yet. Check the item's status — held stock can't be put away until it's released.
I need to move a whole pallet: Move it by its license plate instead of unit by unit — scan the LPN and put the entire plate away in one step. See License plates (LPN).

La ubicación sugerida está llena: No la fuerces — cambia a una ubicación válida cercana que permitan las reglas, o si ninguna sirve, marca una excepción para que un supervisor libere o reasigne la ubicación.
Escaneé la ubicación equivocada: La app rechaza una ubicación que no coincide con la tarea o rompe las reglas — solo vuelve a escanear el código de la ubicación correcta. Nada se confirma hasta que tocas Completar.
El artículo no entra en almacenaje: Puede que aún necesite inspección de calidad o todavía no sea apto para almacenaje. Revisa el estado del artículo — las existencias retenidas no se pueden almacenar hasta que se liberen.
