Pick released orders straight from their bins, scanning each location and item to confirm you're pulling the right stock. The app walks you down an efficient pick path and captures lot and serial details as you go.

Preparar un pedido

Open your pick list. From Outbound → Picking, tap your assigned pick list in the queue. You'll see its lines, progress, and the suggested pick path.
Follow the pick path. The app routes you to the first bin in the most efficient order — just walk to the highlighted location.
Scan the bin. At the line, pull the scan trigger over the bin's barcode to confirm you're at the right location.
Scan the SKU. Scan the item's barcode so the app knows you grabbed the correct product.
Capture lot / serial if asked. For lot- or serial-tracked items, scan the suggested lot, then scan each unit's serial until all are captured.
Set the quantity and confirm. Use the ± stepper to enter the picked quantity, then tap Confirm. The app advances you to the next line.

Abre tu lista de preparación. En Salidas → Preparación de pedidos, toca tu lista de preparación asignada en la cola. Verás sus líneas, el progreso y la ruta de preparación sugerida.
Sigue la ruta de preparación. La app te dirige a la primera ubicación en el orden más eficiente; solo camina hasta la ubicación resaltada.

Fija la cantidad y confirma. Usa el control ± para introducir la cantidad preparada y toca Confirmar. La app te lleva a la siguiente línea.

FEFO — oldest first. The app points you to the oldest lot first (first-expiry, first-out), so the right stock leaves the warehouse without you having to check dates.FEFO — el más antiguo primero. The next line is short by 2, so you tap Short-pick, enter the quantity you found, and choose a reason. The app moves you on with the rest of the list.

Good practice: follow the pick path from top to bottom — it's the shortest route through the aisles. Don't skip ahead to grab a familiar line; you'll only double back and lose time.Buena práctica: sigue la ruta de preparación de arriba abajo — es el recorrido más corto por los pasillos. If the bin doesn't have enough stock to cover the line, tap Short-pick. Enter the quantity you actually picked and choose a reason. The shortage is recorded and the remainder is re-planned — you carry on with the rest of your list.

Short-picking records the shortage on the order; a supervisor re-plans the remainder (from another bin, location, or a later wave) — you don't need to chase it down yourself.La preparación parcial registra el faltante en el pedido; un supervisor replanifica el resto (desde otra ubicación o una oleada posterior); no tienes que perseguirlo tú.

If the product simply isn't where the app sent you, tap to find an alternate location for the same SKU, or pick an approved substitute the order allows. Scan the alternate bin or substitute item and confirm as normal.

Blocked lots

Lotes bloqueados

Some lots can't leave the warehouse. If a lot is expired or held in quarantine, the app blocks it and won't let you pick it.

Algunos lotes no pueden salir del almacén. Si un lote está caducado o retenido en cuarentena, la app lo bloquea y no te deja prepararlo.

An expired or quarantined lot is blocked with no override. You can't ship it — find an alternate lot or location, or short-pick the line so a supervisor can re-plan it.Un lote caducado o en cuarentena se bloquea sin posibilidad de anular el bloqueo. Common issues

Problemas habituales

The bin is empty: The stock isn't there — short-pick the line with a reason, or tap to find an alternate location for the same SKU and pick from there.
The lot is blocked: It's expired or in quarantine and can't ship. Pick the alternate lot the app offers, or short-pick so a supervisor re-plans it.
I can't find the item: Use Stock lookup to see every location holding that SKU, then pick from an alternate bin.
I picked too many: Fix the quantity with the ± stepper before you tap Confirm — the picked figure is locked once the line is confirmed.

La ubicación está vacía: El stock no está ahí — haz una preparación parcial de la línea con un motivo, o toca para buscar una ubicación alternativa del mismo SKU y prepara desde ahí.
El lote está bloqueado: Está caducado o en cuarentena y no puede expedirse. Prepara el lote alternativo que ofrece la app, o haz una preparación parcial para que un supervisor lo replanifique.
No encuentro el artículo: Usa la consulta de existencias para ver todas las ubicaciones con ese SKU y prepara desde una ubicación alternativa.
