Matrículas (LPN)

Handle whole pallets and containers by their license plate (LPN). Scan one plate to see everything stacked on it, add items onto it, or move the entire pallet to a new bin in a single scan.

Maneja palés y contenedores completos por su matrícula (LPN). Escanea una matrícula para ver todo lo apilado en ella, añadir artículos o mover el palé entero a una nueva ubicación con un solo escaneo.

Trabajar una matrícula

Scan the pallet / LPN. Pull the scan trigger over the license-plate label to open it. You'll see everything on the pallet — each SKU, lot and quantity.
Add an item. To put more stock on the pallet, tap Add item and scan the product onto the LPN. It joins the plate's contents straight away.
Move the whole pallet. Tap Move and scan the destination bin label. The entire pallet — every item on it — moves at once.
Print a pallet label. Tap Print label to send a fresh license-plate label to a warehouse printer if the plate is new or the label is damaged.

Escanea el palé / LPN. Pulsa el gatillo sobre la etiqueta de la matrícula para abrirla. Verás todo lo que hay en el palé — cada SKU, lote y cantidad.
Añade un artículo. Para poner más existencias en el palé, toca Añadir artículo y escanea el producto sobre la matrícula. Se incorpora al contenido de la matrícula de inmediato.
Mueve el palé entero. Toca Mover y escanea la etiqueta de la ubicación de destino. El palé completo — con todos sus artículos — se mueve de una vez.
Imprime una etiqueta de palé. Toca Imprimir etiqueta para enviar una nueva etiqueta de matrícula a una impresora del almacén si la matrícula es nueva o la etiqueta está dañada.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

The LPN isn't found: The pallet hasn't been built yet. Build the LPN and scan items onto it first, then it opens when you scan P00482.
The contents are wrong: Open the LPN and add or remove items until the plate matches what's physically on the pallet.
I need to split a pallet: Move only part of it by scanning the items out of the LPN to a new bin or a new plate — the rest stays on the original LPN.
The pallet label is faded or damaged: Reprint it from Printing labels (Pallet / LPN type) so the plate scans cleanly again.

No se encuentra la LPN: El palé aún no se ha creado. Crea la LPN y escanea artículos sobre ella primero; luego se abre al escanear P00482.
El contenido es incorrecto: Abre la LPN y añade o quita artículos hasta que la matrícula coincida con lo que hay físicamente en el palé.
Necesito dividir un palé: Mueve solo una parte escaneando los artículos fuera de la LPN hacia una nueva ubicación o una nueva matrícula — el resto permanece en la LPN original.
