See every stock movement for an item — the full audit trail. Scan a SKU and read every receipt, adjustment, transfer and shipment that touched it, each with the quantity, date and reference document.

Look up an item's history
Consultar el historial de un artículo
- Scan or search the SKU. Pull the scan trigger over the item's barcode, or type the SKU into the search box to pull up its record.
- Read the movement history. The list shows every change to that item in time order — receipts, adjustments, transfers and shipments — each with the quantity moved, the date, and the reference document that caused it.
- Tap a line for detail. Open any movement to see the source and destination bins, who made it, and the document number you can follow up on.
- Escanea o busca el SKU. Pulsa el gatillo sobre el código del artículo, o escribe el SKU en el cuadro de búsqueda para abrir su registro.
- Lee el historial de movimientos. La lista muestra cada cambio de ese artículo en orden cronológico — recepciones, ajustes, traslados y expediciones — cada uno con la cantidad movida, la fecha y el documento de referencia que lo originó.
- Toca una línea para ver el detalle. Abre cualquier movimiento para ver las ubicaciones origen y destino, quién lo hizo y el número de documento que puedes consultar.

Every change to stock is recorded here — nothing is editable. Good practice: check the movement history before you raise an adjustment — the trail usually explains the difference (a transfer or shipment you didn't expect), so you don't post a correction that wasn't needed.Buena práctica: revisa el historial de movimientos antes de crear un ajuste — la pista suele explicar la diferencia (un traslado o una expedición inesperados), así no contabilizas una corrección que no hacía falta.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- There are too many rows to read
- Filter the list by date range or movement type (receipt, transfer, shipment, adjustment) to narrow it down to what you're chasing.
- A movement looks wrong
- History is read-only — it's the audit trail, so you never edit a line. If the stock figure is actually wrong, fix it with a Stock adjustment, not by changing history.
- A movement I just made is missing
- It may still be unsynced in the outbox. Check Working offline & sync — it appears once the device syncs.
- I can't edit a line
- That's by design. Movement history is the immutable audit trail; corrections are always made through a new adjustment, transfer or return.
- Hay demasiadas filas para leer
- Filtra la lista por rango de fechas o tipo de movimiento (recepción, traslado, expedición, ajuste) para acotarla a lo que buscas.
- Un movimiento se ve incorrecto
- El historial es de solo lectura — es la pista de auditoría, así que nunca se edita una línea. Si la cifra de existencias está realmente mal, corrígela con un ajuste de existencias, no modificando el historial.
- Falta un movimiento que acabo de hacer
- Puede estar todavía sin sincronizar en la bandeja de salida. Revisa Sin conexión y sincronización — aparece cuando el dispositivo sincroniza.
- No puedo editar una línea
- Es así por diseño. El historial de movimientos es la pista de auditoría inmutable; las correcciones se hacen siempre con un nuevo ajuste, traslado o devolución.
