Start your shift by signing in, choosing the warehouse you're working in, and landing on the Home hub. From Home you reach every job on the handheld — Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Traceability — plus the universal scan bar and your tasks.

Comienza tu jornada iniciando sesión, eligiendo el almacén en el que trabajas y llegando al panel de Inicio. Desde Inicio accedes a cada tarea del terminal — Entradas, Salidas, Inventario y Trazabilidad — además de la barra de escaneo universal y tus tareas.

Sign in & choose your warehouse

Inicia sesión y elige tu almacén

Scan your badge or enter your PIN. On the sign-in screen, scan your worker badge with the device, or tap in your PIN. There's nothing to type unless you want to.
Choose your warehouse. Pick the warehouse / branch you're working in today. This scopes everything you see — stock, tasks, receipts and counts — to that site.
Land on the Home hub. You arrive at Home, with tiles for Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Traceability, the universal scan bar, your tasks and the sync status.

Escanea tu credencial o introduce tu PIN. En la pantalla de inicio de sesión, escanea tu credencial de operario con el dispositivo o introduce tu PIN. No hace falta escribir nada salvo que quieras.
Elige tu almacén. Selecciona el almacén / sucursal en el que trabajas hoy. Esto delimita todo lo que ves — existencias, tareas, recepciones y recuentos — a ese sitio.

Home is your starting point for the whole shift. The four big tiles — Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Traceability — open each area. Above them sits the universal scan bar: scan anything (a SKU, lot, bin or document) and the app jumps to the right screen. Lower down you'll find My tasks (your assigned work) and the sync status so you always know your work is saved.

Inicio es tu punto de partida para toda la jornada. Los cuatro mosaicos grandes — Entradas, Salidas, Inventario y Trazabilidad — abren cada área. Sobre ellos está la barra de escaneo universal: escanea cualquier cosa (un SKU, lote, ubicación o documento) y la app salta a la pantalla correcta. Starting a shift. At the sign-in screen you scan your worker badge BADGE-204 (or tap your PIN 4471). You're asked which site you're working in today and pick warehouse DC-01. The app lands you on the Home hub, scoped to DC-01, with tiles for Inbound, Outbound, Inventory and Traceability ready to go.

Iniciar la jornada. En la pantalla de inicio de sesión escaneas tu credencial de operario BADGE-204 (o introduces tu PIN 4471). Te pregunta en qué sitio trabajas hoy y eliges el almacén DC-01. Good practice: always check the warehouse name in the header before you start working — every screen, stock figure and task is scoped to that site, so confirming you're in the right one (DC-01) saves you from acting on another warehouse's data.Buena práctica: comprueba siempre el nombre del almacén en el encabezado antes de empezar a trabajar — cada pantalla, cifra de existencias y tarea se delimita a ese sitio, así que confirmar que estás en el correcto (DC-01) te evita actuar sobre los datos de otro almacén.

Switching warehouse, profile & sign-out

Cambiar de almacén, perfil y cerrar sesión

Tap your avatar in the top-left corner to open your Profile. From there you can switch to a different warehouse if you move sites, check who you're signed in as, and sign out at the end of your shift.

Toca tu avatar en la esquina superior izquierda para abrir tu Perfil. Desde ahí puedes cambiar a otro almacén si te trasladas de sitio, comprobar con qué usuario tienes la sesión iniciada y cerrar sesión al final de tu jornada.

Your selected warehouse scopes all data on the device. If your stock, tasks or receipts look wrong, check the warehouse name at the top first — you may be in the wrong site.El almacén seleccionado delimita todos los datos del dispositivo. Si tus existencias, tareas o recepciones se ven mal, comprueba primero el nombre del almacén en la parte superior — puede que estés en el sitio equivocado.

Buscar y alertas

The header carries two quick tools. Tap the 🔍 search icon to look up a SKU, order, bin or document from anywhere. Tap the 🔔 notifications bell to see alerts sent to you — new task assignments, conflicts to resolve, or items that need attention.

El encabezado lleva dos herramientas rápidas. Toca el icono de 🔍 buscar para localizar un SKU, pedido, ubicación o documento desde cualquier lugar. Common issues

Problemas habituales

My badge won't scan: Enter your PIN on the sign-in screen instead — it logs you in the same way. If neither works, your account may not be set up yet; see a supervisor.
My stock or tasks look wrong / empty: You're probably in the wrong warehouse. Tap your avatar to open Profile and switch to the right site (e.g. DC-01) — everything is scoped to the selected warehouse.
I can't find a screen: Go back to Home and use the universal scan bar or the 🔍 search icon — scan or type a SKU, bin or document and the app jumps you there. See Scanning barcodes.
It's the end of my shift: Open Profile and sign out so your assigned tasks free up for the next operator and your time is recorded.

Mi credencial no se escanea: Introduce tu PIN en la pantalla de inicio de sesión — te identifica igual. Si ninguno funciona, puede que tu cuenta aún no esté configurada; consulta a un supervisor.
Mis existencias o tareas se ven mal / vacías: Probablemente estás en el almacén equivocado. Toca tu avatar para abrir el Perfil y cambia al sitio correcto (p. ej. DC-01) — todo se delimita al almacén seleccionado.
No encuentro una pantalla: Vuelve a Inicio y usa la barra de escaneo universal o el icono de 🔍 buscar — escanea o teclea un SKU, ubicación o documento y la app te lleva allí. Mira Escanear códigos.
Es el final de mi turno: Abre el Perfil y cierra sesión para que tus tareas asignadas se liberen para el siguiente operario y tu tiempo quede registrado.
