Conocer la pantalla

Kubrik POS has two areas: the counter (Mostrador), where you sell and handle the till, and management (Gestión), where managers look up sales, make returns, run reports and configure the store.

Kubrik POS tiene dos áreas: el Mostrador, donde se vende y se maneja la caja, y Gestión, donde los encargados consultan ventas, hacen devoluciones, sacan reportes y configuran el local.

The top bar

La barra superior

KS-ERP (left): takes you back to the counter from anywhere.
Mostrador / Gestión: tells you which area you are in.
Branch chip: the branch you are working in. Press it to switch branch.
Cajero: the name of the user who is signed in, next to the clock.
ARCA · OK: a fixed label. It does not tell you whether the tax authority is answering; go by the result of each sale.
Salir: signs you out.

KS-ERP (izquierda): te devuelve al mostrador desde cualquier pantalla.
Mostrador / Gestión: indica en qué área estás.
Sucursal: la sucursal en la que estás trabajando. Tocala para cambiar de sucursal.
Cajero: el nombre del usuario que ingresó, al lado del reloj.
ARCA · OK: es un rótulo fijo. No indica si el organismo fiscal está respondiendo; guiate por el resultado de cada venta.
Salir: cierra tu sesión.

Option	What it is for
← Volver	Goes back to the previous screen.
Caja	Opens the till at the start of the shift; with the till open, shows the shift summary and the Nueva venta button.
Cierre	Counts the cash and closes the till at the end of the shift.
↗ Gestión	Goes to the management area. Only managers and administrators see it.

Historial	Past sales: find one, see its detail and reopen its receipt.
Devoluciones	Take back products from a sale and refund the customer.
Recuperación	Sales and refunds that got stuck and need someone to finish them.
Reportes	Sales by payment method and by product, fiscal documents, Z reports, returns and drawer.
Admin	Branches, users, companies and fiscal setup.
↗ Mostrador	Goes back to the counter.

What you can open depends on your role. A cashier works on the counter only. If you open a management screen without permission you see No tenés permiso para acceder a Gestión and return to the counter. A fiscal administrator goes straight to Gestión and only sees Empresa.Lo que podés abrir depende de tu rol. Un cajero trabaja solo en el mostrador. Si abrís una pantalla de gestión sin permiso ves No tenés permiso para acceder a Gestión y volvés al mostrador. Un administrador fiscal entra directo a Gestión y solo ve Empresa.

Test mode: the "Homologación" band

Modo de prueba: la banda «Homologación»

When the company is invoicing in the tax authority's test environment, a striped band appears under the top bar on the counter and management screens, with two labels: ⚠ HOMOLOGACIÓN and COMPROBANTES DE PRUEBA — NO TIENEN VALIDEZ FISCAL. Invoices issued while the band is showing are tests: they are not valid for the customer and are not declared.

Cuando la empresa está facturando en el ambiente de prueba del organismo fiscal, debajo de la barra superior, en las pantallas del mostrador y de gestión, aparece una banda rayada con dos rótulos: ⚠ HOMOLOGACIÓN y COMPROBANTES DE PRUEBA — NO TIENEN VALIDEZ FISCAL. Las facturas emitidas con la banda a la vista son de prueba: no le sirven al cliente ni se declaran.

When the company invoices for real, the band is not there. If you expected to be invoicing for real and you see the band, stop and tell your manager before selling. If you went straight to Gestión with Ir a Gestión → without choosing a branch, the band is not shown even when the company is in test mode.

Cuando la empresa factura de verdad, la banda no está. Si esperabas estar facturando de verdad y ves la banda, frená y avisale a tu encargado antes de vender. Si entraste directo a Gestión con Ir a Gestión → sin elegir sucursal, la banda no se muestra aunque la empresa esté en modo de prueba.

If you see No se pudo confirmar el ambiente fiscal. No sabemos si los comprobantes van a tener validez fiscal, the system could not find out which mode it is in. When something goes wrong

Cuando algo sale mal

Messages appear in two places. A coloured banner on the screen describes a situation that lasts until someone fixes it, and often carries a Reintentar button. A short notice at the bottom of the screen, with a Cerrar button, reports an error in what you just tried and goes away by itself.

Los mensajes aparecen en dos lugares. Un cartel de color en la pantalla describe una situación que dura hasta que alguien la resuelve, y muchas veces trae un botón Reintentar. Un aviso corto al pie de la pantalla, con un botón Cerrar, informa un error en lo que acabás de intentar y se va solo.

Notice	What to do
"Revise los datos ingresados e intente nuevamente."	Something you typed is not valid. Correct it and repeat.
"No tiene permiso para esta operación."	Your role does not allow it. Ask a manager.
"La operación choca con el estado actual. Actualizá la pantalla y volvé a intentar."	Someone else changed the same thing. Reload the screen and try again.
"Ocurrió un error inesperado. Si persiste, comuníquese con soporte."	It is also the notice you get when the network is down. Check that the computer has network and try once more. If it repeats with the network working, contact support and say what you were doing.

Aviso	Qué hacer
«Revise los datos ingresados e intente nuevamente.»	Algo de lo que escribiste no es válido. Corregilo y repetí.
«No tiene permiso para esta operación.»	Tu rol no lo permite. Pedíselo a un encargado.
«La operación choca con el estado actual. Actualizá la pantalla y volvé a intentar.»	Otra persona cambió lo mismo. Recargá la pantalla y probá de nuevo.
«Ocurrió un error inesperado. Si persiste, comuníquese con soporte.»	También es el aviso que aparece cuando se cae la red. Revisá que la computadora tenga red y probá una vez más. Si se repite con la red funcionando, contactá a soporte y contá qué estabas haciendo.
