Choosing your branch
Elegir la sucursal
Every sale, till and report belongs to a branch. After signing in you tell the system where you are working this shift, and you can switch later from the top bar.
Cada venta, cada caja y cada reporte pertenecen a una sucursal. Después de ingresar le decís al sistema dónde vas a trabajar en este turno, y más tarde podés cambiar desde la barra superior.

What you see after signing in depends on how many branches your user can work in.
Lo que ves después de ingresar depende de en cuántas sucursales puede trabajar tu usuario.

- Find your branch. Each card shows the branch code and name, its address and city, and its time zone. The branch marked DEFAULT is the main one. With more than nine branches, use Siguiente › to see the rest.
- Press the card (Operar aquí →). The system opens that branch and takes you to the counter.
- Buscá tu sucursal. Cada tarjeta muestra el código y el nombre de la sucursal, su dirección y ciudad, y su zona horaria. La que dice DEFAULT es la principal. Si hay más de nueve sucursales, usá Siguiente › para ver el resto.
- Tocá la tarjeta (Operar aquí →). El sistema abre esa sucursal y te lleva al mostrador.

Managers see an extra button, Ir a Gestión →, that goes straight to the management area without choosing a branch.Los encargados ven un botón más, Ir a Gestión →, que lleva directo al área de gestión sin elegir sucursal.
Switch branch during the day
Cambiar de sucursal durante el día
- Press the branch chip in the top bar (branch code and name, with a ▾). The list Cambiar sucursal opens; your current branch is tagged ACTIVA. With more than six branches, use Siguiente › inside the list.
- Press the branch you are moving to. The screen you are on reloads with the data of the new branch.
- Tocá la sucursal en la barra superior (código y nombre, con un ▾). Se abre la lista Cambiar sucursal; la sucursal actual figura como ACTIVA. Si hay más de seis sucursales, usá Siguiente › dentro de la lista.
- Tocá la sucursal a la que pasás. La pantalla en la que estás se recarga con los datos de la nueva sucursal.

You cannot switch branch with an open till. The list shows Hay 1 caja(s) abierta(s). Ciérrelas antes de cambiar and the other branches appear as BLOQUEADA. Do the cash close first.No se puede cambiar de sucursal con la caja abierta. La lista avisa Hay 1 caja(s) abierta(s). Ciérrelas antes de cambiar y las demás sucursales figuran como BLOQUEADA. Hacé primero el cierre de caja.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Su usuario no tiene sucursales asignadas"
- Your user exists but has no branch. Ask your administrator to give you access to at least one branch, then sign in again.
- "No hay sucursales habilitadas para el mostrador"
- Shown to managers when no branch is set up for selling yet. Create one from Gestión → Admin → Sucursales.
- "No se pudo cargar la lista de sucursales"
- Press Reintentar. If it keeps failing, check the network.
- A branch is missing from my list
- The list only shows branches that are active and enabled for selling. If your company also restricts branches per user, you only see yours. Ask your administrator to check both.
- «Su usuario no tiene sucursales asignadas»
- Tu usuario existe pero no tiene ninguna sucursal. Pedile a tu administrador acceso a al menos una y volvé a ingresar.
- «No hay sucursales habilitadas para el mostrador»
- Les aparece a los encargados cuando todavía no hay ninguna sucursal preparada para vender. Se crea desde Gestión → Admin → Sucursales.
- «No se pudo cargar la lista de sucursales»
- Tocá Reintentar. Si sigue fallando, revisá la red.
- Me falta una sucursal en la lista
- La lista solo muestra sucursales activas y habilitadas para vender. Si además tu empresa restringe sucursales por usuario, solo ves las tuyas. Pedile a tu administrador que revise las dos cosas.
