Historial de movimientos y reportes

Every change in stock leaves a movement. The history lets you trace what happened to a product; valuation and analytics summarise what you have.

Cada cambio en el stock deja un movimiento. El historial te permite reconstruir qué pasó con un producto; la valoración y la analítica resumen lo que tenés.

Trace what happened

Reconstruir qué pasó

Open Movement History. It starts on the last 30 days.
Set the period with a quick range (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This month) or with From and To. The list reloads when both dates are set.
Choose the Type of movement if you are looking for one kind.
Search by reference number (for example the number of a goods receipt), by reason or by a word of the notes. The search does not match product codes or names.
Press Load More at the end to bring the next 50 movements.

Abrí Historial de Movimientos. Arranca en los últimos 30 días.
Poné el período con un rango rápido (Últimos 7 días, Últimos 30 días, Últimos 90 días, Este mes) o con Desde y Hasta. La lista se recarga cuando están las dos fechas.
Elegí el Tipo de movimiento si buscás uno en particular.
Buscá por número de referencia (por ejemplo el número de una recepción), por motivo o por una palabra de las notas. El buscador no encuentra por código ni por nombre de producto.
Tocá Cargar más al final para traer los 50 movimientos siguientes.

Each row shows the date and who made it, the type, the product with its lot or serial, the quantity with a plus or minus sign and the unit cost, the origin and destination locations, and the reference with the reason and the notes. The row menu opens the product, the locations or the lot.

Cada fila muestra la fecha y quién lo hizo, el tipo, el producto con su lote o serie, la cantidad con signo más o menos y el costo unitario, las ubicaciones de origen y destino, y la referencia con el motivo y las notas. El menú de la fila abre el producto, las ubicaciones o el lote.

Type	What produces it
Receipt	A confirmed goods receipt or a quick receipt.
Shipment	A completed pick list, a transfer order that left, a shipped sales order or a POS sale.
Transfer Out and Transfer In	A move between locations, a completed putaway task or a moved handling unit. They come in pairs, joined by a link icon.
Adjustment In and Adjustment Out	A manual adjustment.
Cycle Count Adjust	A difference posted by a completed cycle count.
Production In and Production Out	Kits that were assembled.

Tipo	Qué lo produce
Recepción	Una recepción de mercadería confirmada o una recepción rápida.
Envío	Una lista de preparación completada, una orden de transferencia que salió, un pedido de venta despachado o una venta del POS.
Transferencia de salida y Transferencia de entrada	Un movimiento entre ubicaciones, una tarea de guardado completada o una handling unit movida. Vienen de a pares, unidas por un ícono de enlace.
Ajuste de entrada y Ajuste de salida	Un ajuste manual.
Ajuste de recuento cíclico	Una diferencia contabilizada por un conteo cíclico completado.

The cards above the list (All Movements, Receipts, Shipments, Transfers, Adjustments) are totals since the beginning: they do not follow the period, the type or the search. The Adjustments card counts only the adjustments that added stock. The history cannot be exported.Las tarjetas de arriba de la lista (Todos los movimientos, Recepciones, Envíos, Transferencias, Ajustes) son totales desde el inicio: no siguen el período, el tipo ni la búsqueda. To follow one product, start from its row in Inventory, open the location or the lot, and search here by the reference of the document you find.Para seguir un producto, empezá por su fila en Inventario, abrí la ubicación o el lote, y buscá acá por la referencia del documento que encuentres.

Valuation

Valoración

Valuation (Enterprise edition) keeps a picture of what the stock of a warehouse is worth, saved under a month.

Valoración (edición Enterprise) guarda una foto de cuánto vale el stock de un depósito, archivada bajo un mes.

Choose the Period (month) and the Warehouse.
Press Generate Snapshot. The system takes the stock on hand at this moment and multiplies each quantity by its stored unit cost.
Press Generate to list the records saved for that period, for one warehouse or for all.

Elegí el Período (mes) y el Almacén.
Tocá Generar snapshot. El sistema toma el stock en existencia en este momento y multiplica cada cantidad por su costo unitario guardado.
Tocá Generar para listar los registros guardados de ese período, de un depósito o de todos.

The snapshot always uses the stock of the moment you press the button, whatever month you choose. To value the end of a month, generate it on the last day.
The unit cost of a product in a location is the cost of its last receipt.
Costing Method offers FIFO, LIFO and Weighted Average, but today the three give the same figures: the method is saved only as a label.
Total Quantity and Total Value add up only the rows of the page you are looking at. Product and warehouse appear as shortened internal identifiers, and the report cannot be exported.

El snapshot siempre usa el stock del momento en que tocás el botón, sea cual sea el mes que elijas. Para valorizar el cierre de un mes, generalo el último día.
El costo unitario de un producto en una ubicación es el costo de su última recepción.
Método de costeo ofrece FIFO, LIFO y Promedio ponderado, pero hoy los tres dan las mismas cifras: el método se guarda solo como rótulo.
Cantidad total y Valor total suman solo las filas de la página que estás mirando. Producto y depósito figuran como identificadores internos abreviados, y el informe no se puede exportar.

Analytics

Analítica

Analytics shows the same counters as the module home (warehouses, locations, products in stock, units on hand, pending receipts, open pick lists, open alerts, pending counts), the use of locations per warehouse, and the ABC classification.

Analítica muestra los mismos contadores que el inicio del módulo (depósitos, ubicaciones, productos en stock, unidades en existencia, recepciones pendientes, listas de preparación abiertas, alertas abiertas, conteos pendientes), el uso de ubicaciones por depósito y la clasificación ABC.

Choose the Warehouse in the card ABC Classification.
Press Run Classification. It needs the Warehouse Manager role.
Read the result: how many products fell in each class, and the table with the class, the number of movements and the value of each product.

Elegí el Almacén en la tarjeta Clasificación ABC.
Tocá Ejecutar clasificación. Necesita el rol Warehouse Manager.
Leé el resultado: cuántos productos cayeron en cada clase, y la tabla con la clase, la cantidad de movimientos y el valor de cada producto.

Class	Rule
A — High Value	The products that, ordered from highest to lowest value moved, add up to 80 percent of the total.
B — Medium	The following ones, up to 95 percent.
C — Low Value	The rest. If no movement has a cost, every product is C.

The value of a product is the sum of the cost of its most recent movements, so the classification depends on receipts carrying a unit cost. The location velocity (A, B, C) you set on a location is a separate field: running the classification does not change it.

El valor de un producto es la suma del costo de sus movimientos más recientes, así que la clasificación depende de que las recepciones lleven costo unitario. La velocidad (A, B, C) que cargás en una ubicación es un campo aparte: ejecutar la clasificación no la cambia.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

"No Movements Yet": Nothing was recorded in the period. Widen the dates.
"No Matches": The search or the type leaves nothing. Press Clear All Filters.
A movement of the last day of the range is missing: The range is cut by time zone at midnight. Add one more day to To.
"No Valuation Data": There is no snapshot saved for that period. Generate one first.
"Failed to generate valuation snapshot": The snapshot could not be saved. Tell your administrator.
The valuation shows zero value: The stock was received without a unit cost. Cost is taken from the goods receipt line or from the quick receipt.

«Aún Sin Movimientos»: No se registró nada en el período. Ampliá las fechas.
«Sin Coincidencias»: La búsqueda o el tipo no dejan nada. Tocá Limpiar Todos los Filtros.
Falta un movimiento del último día del rango: El rango se corta a la medianoche según la zona horaria. Sumale un día más a Hasta.
«Sin datos de valuación»: No hay un snapshot guardado para ese período. Generá uno primero.
«Error al generar el snapshot de valuación»: No se pudo guardar el snapshot. Avisale a tu administrador.
La valoración muestra valor cero: El stock se recibió sin costo unitario. El costo se toma de la línea de la recepción o de la recepción rápida.
