Consultar stock
The Inventory screen answers the daily questions: how much there is, where it is, how much is free and what is running low. From the same rows you can receive, move or adjust.
La pantalla Inventario responde las preguntas de todos los días: cuánto hay, dónde está, cuánto queda libre y qué se está terminando. Desde las mismas filas podés recibir, mover o ajustar.
Find a product
Buscar un producto
- Open Inventory. It starts on your default warehouse.
- Choose the warehouses in Warehouse. You can tick several, or Select All.
- Type in the search box a product code or name, a location code or a lot number.
- Narrow it down with Severity (the stock status) and Sort by: Most recent, Largest deficit or Lowest available. The advanced filters add Category, Supplier, No threshold set and Has open alert.
- Abrí Inventario. Arranca en tu depósito predeterminado.
- Elegí los depósitos en Almacén. Podés tildar varios, o Seleccionar Todo.
- Escribí en el buscador un código o nombre de producto, un código de ubicación o un número de lote.
- Afiná la búsqueda con Severidad (el estado del stock) y Ordenar por: Más reciente, Mayor déficit o Menor disponible. Los filtros avanzados agregan Categoría, Proveedor, Sin umbral definido y Con alerta abierta.
Each row is one product in one location and one lot. The columns are SKU, Warehouse, Location, Lot, On Hand, Reserved, Available, Deficit, Damaged and Status. Click the product code to open the product, the location to open the location, or the lot to open the lot.
Cada fila es un producto en una ubicación y un lote. Las columnas son SKU, Almacén, Ubicación, Lote, En existencia, Reservado, Disponible, Déficit, Dañado y Estado. Hacé clic en el código del producto para abrir el producto, en la ubicación para abrir la ubicación o en el lote para abrir el lote.
What each stock status means
Qué significa cada estado del stock
The status compares the Available quantity of the row with the levels set for that product and warehouse in Reorder & Alerts. The first rule that applies, from top to bottom, gives the status.
El estado compara la cantidad Disponible de la fila con los niveles cargados para ese producto y depósito en Reposición y Alertas. La primera regla que se cumple, de arriba hacia abajo, da el estado.

- A product without reorder settings can only be In Stock, Low Stock or Out of Stock.
- Deficit is how many units are missing to reach the reorder point (or the low-stock threshold when there is no reorder point).
- Hover over the status to see the levels it was compared with. A bell on the row means there is an open reorder alert.
- Un producto sin configuración de reposición solo puede estar En stock, Stock bajo o Sin stock.
- Déficit es cuántas unidades faltan para llegar al punto de reposición (o al umbral de stock bajo cuando no hay punto de reposición).
- Pasá el cursor por el estado para ver los niveles con los que se comparó. Una campana en la fila indica que hay una alerta de reposición abierta.

The buttons Receive, Transfer and Adjust at the top open the same forms empty.

Exportar a una planilla
Export CSV downloads the file inventory.csv with what the table shows, respecting the search, the filters and the order. It needs at least one warehouse selected and brings up to 10,000 rows. The column titles are in English, and the file has no columns for damaged or in-transit units.
Exportar CSV descarga el archivo inventory.csv con lo que muestra la tabla, respetando la búsqueda, los filtros y el orden. Necesita al menos un depósito elegido y trae hasta 10.000 filas. Los títulos de las columnas están en inglés, y el archivo no tiene columnas para unidades dañadas ni en tránsito.
Stock of one warehouse, one location or one lot
Stock de un depósito, una ubicación o un lote
- One warehouse: open it in Configuration → Warehouses. The Overview tab shows its totals and the Inventory tab its rows, with a Stock Level filter.
- One location: open it in Configuration → Locations and go to the Inventory tab. The chips filter by In stock, Out of stock, Reserved and Damaged.
- One lot: open it in Traceability → Lots & Batches. The Inventory tab lists the locations that hold that lot.
- Un depósito: abrilo en Configuración → Almacenes. La pestaña Overview muestra sus totales y la pestaña Inventory sus filas, con un filtro Nivel de stock.
- Una ubicación: abrila en Configuración → Ubicaciones y andá a la pestaña Inventario. Las etiquetas filtran por En stock, Sin stock, Reservado y Dañado.
- Un lote: abrilo en Trazabilidad → Lotes y Partidas. La pestaña Inventory lista las ubicaciones que tienen ese lote.
Reservations
Reservas
Inventory → Traceability → Reservations lists the holds on stock made for documents such as sales orders. Use it to see what is holding your stock and to release what is no longer needed.
Inventario → Trazabilidad → Reservas lista las retenciones de stock hechas para documentos como pedidos de venta. Usala para ver qué está reteniendo tu stock y para liberar lo que ya no hace falta.

| Pending | Recorded, not confirmed yet. It does not hold units. |
| Confirmed | Confirmed, still without units assigned. It does not hold units. |
| Allocated | Units of a location were assigned to it. These are the units counted in Reserved. |
| Fulfilled | The units left for the document. |
| Released | Cancelled: any assigned units went back to available. |
| Expired | A pending or confirmed reservation whose expiry time passed. |

- Confirm appears on pending reservations and only changes the status.
- Release… asks Release?; answer Yes. It is offered for every reservation that is not fulfilled or released.
- Every 5 minutes the system releases by itself the pending and confirmed reservations that expired. Allocated reservations do not expire.
- Product, location and lot appear as short internal identifiers, not as codes. The search matches the reference type and the notes.
- Confirmar aparece en las reservas pendientes y solo cambia el estado.
- Liberar… pregunta ¿Liberar?; contestá Sí. Se ofrece para toda reserva que no esté cumplida ni liberada.
- Cada 5 minutos el sistema libera solo las reservas pendientes y confirmadas que vencieron. Las reservas asignadas no vencen.
- Producto, ubicación y lote figuran como identificadores internos cortos, no como códigos. El buscador encuentra por tipo de referencia y por notas.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "No warehouses selected"
- Tick at least one warehouse in the Warehouse filter.
- "No inventory found"
- Nothing matches the filters, or the warehouse has no stock yet. Clear the filters.
- "Failed to export inventory"
- The file could not be produced. Try again with fewer warehouses or a narrower filter.
- The cards do not match the table
- The cards add up the whole selected warehouses; the table shows only what matches your search and filters.
- A product shows In Stock although I have very few
- It has no reorder settings, so only the company default applies. Use Set reorder threshold… on the row.
- "Can only confirm pending reservations"
- The reservation was already confirmed, allocated or released. Refresh the list.
- «Ningún almacén seleccionado»
- Tildá al menos un depósito en el filtro Almacén.
- «No se encontró inventario»
- Nada coincide con los filtros, o el depósito todavía no tiene stock. Limpiá los filtros.
- «Error al exportar el inventario»
- No se pudo generar el archivo. Probá de nuevo con menos depósitos o un filtro más acotado.
- Las tarjetas no coinciden con la tabla
- Las tarjetas suman los depósitos elegidos completos; la tabla muestra solo lo que coincide con tu búsqueda y tus filtros.
- Un producto figura En stock aunque tengo muy pocos
- No tiene configuración de reposición, así que solo rige el valor por defecto de la empresa. Usá Definir umbral de reposición… en la fila.
- «Can only confirm pending reservations»
- La reserva ya estaba confirmada, asignada o liberada. Actualizá la lista.
