A customer does not carry a price list field. You assign price lists to the customer, to its group or to its segments, and the system picks one each time it prices a sale.

Un cliente no lleva un campo de lista de precios. Las listas se asignan al cliente, a su grupo o a sus segmentos, y el sistema elige una cada vez que calcula el precio de una venta.

For each product in a sale the system goes down this list and stops at the first place where it finds a valid price.

Para cada producto de una venta el sistema baja por esta lista y se queda con el primer lugar donde encuentra un precio vigente.

1. A price list assigned to the customer itself.
2. A price list assigned to the customer's primary group. Other groups of the customer are not looked at.
3. A price list assigned to any segment the customer is in.
4. A price list assigned to the branch.
5. A price list assigned to the sales channel of the sale, if the channel is active.
6. The base price list.

2. Una lista de precios asignada al grupo principal del cliente. Los otros grupos del cliente no se miran.
3. Una lista de precios asignada a cualquier segmento en el que esté el cliente.

• A list counts only if it is active, inside its validity dates, and has a current price for that product and that quantity.
• If the customer's list has no price for a product, the system keeps going down for that product. A customer can therefore buy some products at its own list and the rest at the base list.
• The first three steps need a customer on the sale. A sale without a customer starts at the branch.

• Una lista cuenta solo si está activa, dentro de sus fechas de vigencia, y tiene un precio vigente para ese producto y esa cantidad.
• Si la lista del cliente no tiene precio para un producto, el sistema sigue bajando para ese producto. Por eso un cliente puede comprar algunos productos a su lista y el resto a la lista base.
• Los tres primeros pasos necesitan un cliente en la venta. Una venta sin cliente arranca en la sucursal.

Assign a price list to a customer, a group or a segment

Asignar una lista de precios a un cliente, un grupo o un segmento

The assignment is made from the price list, not from the customer.

La asignación se hace desde la lista de precios, no desde el cliente.

1. Go to Prices & Promotions → Price Lists → Price Lists and open the list.
2. Open the Assignments tab and press New assignment.
3. Choose the Entity type : Account for one customer, Customer group or Segment. The other options are Branch, Sales channel and Default (all).
4. Start typing the name of the customer, group or segment and pick it from the list.
5. Leave the Priority as it comes unless the same customer, group or segment has more than one list assigned.
6. Save. The next sale to that customer already uses the list.

1. Andá a Precios y Promociones → Listas de Precios → Listas de precios y abrí la lista.
2. Abrí la pestaña Asignaciones y tocá Nueva asignación.
3. Elegí el Tipo de entidad : Cuenta para un cliente, Grupo de clientes o Segmento. Las otras opciones son Sucursal, Canal de venta y Predeterminada (todas).
4. Empezá a escribir el nombre del cliente, grupo o segmento y elegilo de la lista.
5. Dejá la Prioridad como viene salvo que el mismo cliente, grupo o segmento tenga más de una lista asignada.
6. Guardá. La próxima venta a ese cliente ya usa la lista.

La pantalla Listas de Precios dentro del CRM

CRM → Sales → Price Lists opens CRM Price Lists, an older register of lists. You can create, edit and deactivate lists there, but they are not used to price sales, orders or quotes, and their prices and assignments cannot be loaded from the screen. To give a customer special prices, use the lists of Prices & Promotions.

CRM → Ventas → Listas de Precios abre Listas de precios de CRM, un registro anterior de listas. Ahí podés crear, editar y desactivar listas, pero no se usan para poner precio a ventas, pedidos ni cotizaciones, y sus precios y asignaciones no se pueden cargar desde la pantalla. Para darle precios especiales a un cliente, usá las listas de Precios y Promociones.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

The customer is in the group but still pays the base price

Check three things: that the group is the customer's primary group, that the list is active and inside its dates, and that the list has a price for that product and quantity.

The customer has its own list and one through its group: which one applies?

Its own, product by product. The group's list is used only for products its own list does not price.

Sales channel is not among the entity types

It appears only if sales channels are enabled for your company and you may assign lists to them.

"No active sales channel yet."

Create a channel first with Create one. See Sales channels.

A list in CRM → Sales → Price Lists has no effect

That register is not used for pricing. See the heading above.

El cliente está en el grupo pero sigue pagando el precio base

Revisá tres cosas: que el grupo sea el grupo principal del cliente, que la lista esté activa y dentro de sus fechas, y que la lista tenga precio para ese producto y esa cantidad.

El cliente tiene su propia lista y otra por su grupo: ¿cuál se aplica?

La propia, producto por producto. La del grupo se usa solo para los productos que su lista no tiene.

Canal de venta no está entre los tipos de entidad

Aparece solo si los canales de venta están habilitados para tu empresa y podés asignarles listas.

«Todavía no hay ningún canal de venta activo.»

Creá primero un canal con Crear uno. Mirá Canales de venta.

Una lista de CRM → Ventas → Listas de Precios no tiene efecto

Ese registro no se usa para los precios. Mirá el título de arriba.
