Precios y stock de un SKU

Prices and stock are kept per SKU. From the SKU page you can see and set its price in each price list, and see where its stock is and correct it.

Los precios y el stock se llevan por SKU. Desde la ficha del SKU podés ver y cargar su precio en cada lista de precios, y ver dónde está su stock y corregirlo.

Ver y cargar precios

The Pricing tab appears when your company uses the Pricing module. It shows one row for each active price list, with the default list first. The Effective Price card at the top is the price a single unit gets today in the currency of the default list.

La pestaña Precios aparece cuando tu empresa usa el módulo de Precios. Muestra una fila por cada lista de precios activa, con la lista predeterminada primero. La tarjeta Precio efectivo de arriba es el precio que hoy obtiene una unidad en la moneda de la lista predeterminada.

Open the SKU and go to Pricing. Stay on the sub-tab Active for this SKU.
Type the price in the Unit Price column of the list you want. A list where the SKU has no price shows Not priced in Validity.
Change Min Qty only if that price applies from a quantity greater than one.
Repeat for other lists. A counter next to the button tells you how many rows are unsaved.
Press Save Changes.

Abrí el SKU y andá a Precios. Quedate en la subpestaña Activas para este SKU.
Escribí el precio en la columna Precio Unitario de la lista que querés. Una lista donde el SKU no tiene precio muestra Sin precio en Vigencia.
Cambiá Cant. Mín. solo si ese precio rige desde una cantidad mayor que uno.
Repetí en otras listas. Un contador al lado del botón te dice cuántas filas están sin guardar.
Tocá Guardar Cambios.

Notice after saving	What happened
"Saved … price(s) successfully."	The prices are in force.
"Saved — margin is below the configured floor (advisory)."	The price was saved, but it leaves less margin than your company set as minimum. It is a warning.
"Price change submitted for approval."	The price leaves less margin than the minimum and your company requires approval. The old price stays until someone approves; View approval opens the request.
"Price blocked: margin is below the configured floor."	The price was not saved. The notice may include the suggested minimum.

Aviso después de guardar	Qué pasó
«Se guardaron … precio(s) correctamente.»	Los precios ya rigen.
«Guardado: el margen está por debajo del mínimo configurado (informativo).»	El precio se guardó, pero deja menos margen que el mínimo que fijó tu empresa. Es una advertencia.
«Cambio de precio enviado para aprobación.»	El precio deja menos margen que el mínimo y tu empresa exige aprobación. Sigue el precio anterior hasta que alguien apruebe; Ver aprobación abre la solicitud.
«Precio bloqueado: el margen está por debajo del mínimo configurado.»	El precio no se guardó. El aviso puede incluir el mínimo sugerido.

Click the name of a price list to open it in the Pricing module, where price lists, validity dates and quantity tiers are managed. The History sub-tab, with who changed each price, appears only if your role allows it.

Hacé clic en el nombre de una lista de precios para abrirla en el módulo de Precios, donde se administran las listas, las fechas de vigencia y los escalones por cantidad. La subpestaña Historial, con quién cambió cada precio, aparece solo si tu rol lo permite.

When a price list does not apply to a SKU, press the block icon at the end of its row. The list moves to the sub-tab Disabled for this SKU: it is ignored when the price of this SKU is worked out, and it stops counting against its completeness. To bring it back, open that sub-tab and press Re-enable.

Cuando una lista de precios no aplica a un SKU, tocá el ícono de bloqueo al final de su fila. La lista pasa a la subpestaña Desactivadas para este SKU: se ignora al calcular el precio de este SKU y deja de contar en contra de su completitud. Para traerla de vuelta, abrí esa subpestaña y tocá Reactivar.

The Prices tab of the product family (Price Matrix) is not connected to the price lists of the Pricing module. Set prices from the Pricing tab of each SKU or from the Pricing module.La pestaña Precios de la familia de productos (Matriz de Precios) no está conectada a las listas de precios del módulo de Precios. The Inventory tab appears when your company uses the Warehouse module. At the top it shows Total On Hand, Total Available, Total Reserved and Warehouses Stocked. Below there are two tables.

La pestaña Inventario aparece cuando tu empresa usa el módulo de Almacenes. Arriba muestra Total en existencia, Total disponible, Total reservado y Almacenes con stock. Debajo hay dos tablas.

Table	What it shows
Stock by Location	One row per location (and lot) that holds this SKU: Warehouse, Zone, Location, On Hand, Available, Reserved, Damaged and Last Movement.
Inventory by Warehouse	The same figures added up per warehouse, plus In Transit and the number of Locations.

Tabla	Qué muestra
Stock por ubicación	Una fila por ubicación (y lote) que tiene este SKU: Almacén, Zona, Ubicación, En existencia, Disponible, Reservado, Dañado y Último movimiento.
Inventario por almacén	Las mismas cifras sumadas por almacén, más En tránsito y la cantidad de Ubicaciones.

Correct or move stock from the SKU

Corregir o mover stock desde el SKU

Correct a quantity. Type the real figure in On Hand on the row of the location and press the tick (Apply adjustment) or Enter. In Confirm Adjustment choose the Reason, add a Note if you want, and press Apply. The cross (Cancel edit) puts the old figure back.
Move stock. ⋮ → Move to another location, choose To warehouse, To zone and To location, type the Quantity to move and press Move. You can move at most what is available.
Set stock aside as damaged. ⋮ → Mark damaged, type the quantity and confirm. ⋮ → Repair damaged puts it back as good stock.
Enter stock. Add stock opens the receiving form of the Warehouse module.

Corregir una cantidad. Escribí la cifra real en En existencia en la fila de la ubicación y tocá el tilde (Aplicar ajuste) o Enter. En Confirmar ajuste elegí el Motivo, agregá una Nota si querés, y tocá Aplicar. La cruz (Cancelar edición) vuelve a poner la cifra anterior.
Mover stock. ⋮ → Mover a otra ubicación, elegí Almacén destino, Zona destino y Ubicación destino, escribí la Cantidad a mover y tocá Mover. Podés mover como máximo lo que está disponible.
Apartar stock como dañado. ⋮ → Marcar como dañado, escribí la cantidad y confirmá. ⋮ → Reparar dañado lo devuelve como stock bueno.
Ingresar stock. Agregar stock abre el formulario de recepción del módulo de Almacenes.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

I do not see the Pricing or the Inventory tab: Your company does not use that module, or it is not switched on for you. Ask your administrator.
"No Price Lists — Create a price list first to set prices for this SKU.": There is no active price list. Create one in the Pricing module.
The Save Changes button is greyed out: No row has a new valid price. A price has to be a number, zero or greater.
"Failed to save": At least one of the rows was not saved. The table reloads: check which price is still the old one and try again.
"No Warehouses — Create an active warehouse first to track inventory for this SKU.": No warehouse is active yet. Press Go to Warehouses.
"No stock in any location": The SKU was never received. Use Add stock to enter it into a location.
"No matching reason codes for this direction": No adjustment reason is set up for an increase (or a decrease). Someone has to add it in the Warehouse settings.
"Quantity exceeds available stock." / "Choose a destination different from the source location.": Lower the quantity to move, or pick another destination.
"Failed to adjust inventory" / "Failed to move stock" / "Operation failed": The change was not made. Check with your administrator that your user has the Warehouse permission, and try again.

No veo la pestaña Precios o Inventario: Tu empresa no usa ese módulo, o no lo tenés activado. Consultá a tu administrador.
«Sin Listas de Precios — Cree primero una lista de precios para asignar precios a este SKU.»: No hay ninguna lista de precios activa. Creá una en el módulo de Precios.
El botón Guardar Cambios está en gris: Ninguna fila tiene un precio nuevo válido. Un precio tiene que ser un número, cero o mayor.
«Error al guardar»: Al menos una de las filas no se guardó. La tabla se recarga: fijate qué precio sigue siendo el anterior y probá de nuevo.
«Sin almacenes — Cree primero un almacén activo para controlar el inventario de este SKU.»: Todavía no hay ningún almacén activo. Tocá Ir a almacenes.
«Sin stock en ninguna ubicación»: El SKU nunca se recibió. Usá Agregar stock para ingresarlo en una ubicación.
«No hay motivos compatibles con esta dirección»: No hay un motivo de ajuste configurado para un aumento (o una baja). Alguien tiene que agregarlo en la configuración de Almacenes.
«La cantidad supera el stock disponible.» / «Elija un destino distinto de la ubicación de origen.»: Bajá la cantidad a mover, o elegí otro destino.
«No se pudo ajustar el inventario» / «No se pudo mover el stock» / «La operación falló»: El cambio no se hizo. Revisá con tu administrador que tu usuario tenga el permiso de Almacenes, y probá de nuevo.
