Configurar la completitud
You decide what a complete product is for your company: which groups of checks exist, how much each one weighs and which checks belong to it.
Vos decidís qué es un producto completo para tu empresa: qué grupos de chequeos existen, cuánto pesa cada uno y qué chequeos lo componen.

Product Completeness lists the groups in the order they appear on the product page, each with its weight and its checks. SKU Completeness, in the same menu, is the same screen for SKUs.
Product Completeness (en español el título de la pantalla es Completitud del Producto) lista los grupos en el orden en que aparecen en la página del producto, cada uno con su peso y sus chequeos. SKU Completeness, en el mismo menú, es la misma pantalla para los SKU.
The banner at the top adds up the weights of the enabled groups: Active weights sum to and the total. It turns into a warning while the total is not 100, because the scores will not be correct until it is.
El cartel de arriba suma los pesos de los grupos habilitados: Los pesos activos suman y el total. Se vuelve una advertencia mientras el total no sea 100, porque las puntuaciones no van a ser correctas hasta que lo sea.
Create or change a group
Crear o cambiar un grupo
- Press New group, or the pencil on an existing group.
- Type the Name. It is what users will see in the checklist.
- Type the Weight (%), from 0 to 100.
- Leave Enabled (counts toward the score) on, unless you want to prepare the group without using it yet.
- Confirm. The group appears in the list.
- Tocá Nuevo grupo, o el lápiz de un grupo existente.
- Escribí el Nombre. Es lo que van a ver los usuarios en el checklist.
- Escribí el Peso (%), de 0 a 100.
- Dejá encendido Habilitado (cuenta para el score), salvo que quieras preparar el grupo sin usarlo todavía.
- Confirmá. El grupo aparece en la lista.
Choose the checks of a group
Elegir los chequeos de un grupo
- Press the checklist icon of the group (Edit rules).
- Tick the checks that make up the group. The score of the group is the share of ticked checks that pass.
- Confirm.
- Tocá el ícono de checklist del grupo (Editar reglas).
- Marcá los chequeos que componen el grupo. La puntuación del grupo es la proporción de chequeos marcados que se cumplen.
- Confirmá.
The Rules button at the top opens the screen where custom checks are written. A group left without checks shows No rules — this group scores 100% by default.
El botón Reglas de arriba abre la pantalla donde se escriben chequeos personalizados. Un grupo que queda sin chequeos muestra Sin reglas — este grupo puntúa 100% por defecto.
Reorder, delete and apply
Reordenar, eliminar y aplicar
- Reorder: drag a group by its handle and press Save order.
- Delete: the bin removes the group and its assigned checks, after a confirmation.
- Apply to existing products: press Recalculate all. A message tells you how many products were recalculated. Until you do this, existing products keep the score they had.
- History: the History switch at the top lists the changes made to groups and checks, with date and old and new value.
- Reordenar: arrastrá un grupo desde su manija y tocá Guardar orden.
- Eliminar: el tacho quita el grupo y sus chequeos asignados, después de una confirmación.
- Aplicar a los productos existentes: tocá Recalcular todo. Un mensaje te dice cuántos productos se recalcularon. Hasta que no lo hagas, los productos existentes conservan la puntuación que tenían.
- Historial: el selector Historial de arriba lista los cambios hechos en grupos y chequeos, con fecha y valor anterior y nuevo.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Active group weights would exceed 100 (total …). Reduce other weights first."
- The weight you typed, added to the other enabled groups, goes over 100. The message appears under Name. Lower another group first, or type a smaller weight.
- "must equal 100% for the score to be correct"
- The enabled groups add up to less than 100. Products can never reach 100 until you distribute the missing points.
- "Failed to load completeness configuration."
- Press Retry. If it repeats, tell your administrator.
- I changed the weights and the products show the same score
- Press Recalculate all.
- «Active group weights would exceed 100 (total …). Reduce other weights first.»
- El peso que escribiste, sumado al de los otros grupos habilitados, pasa de 100. El mensaje aparece debajo de Nombre, en inglés. Bajá primero otro grupo, o escribí un peso menor.
- «debe sumar 100% para que el score sea correcto»
- Los grupos habilitados suman menos de 100. Los productos nunca van a llegar a 100 hasta que repartas los puntos que faltan.
- «No se pudo cargar la configuración de completitud.»
- Tocá Reintentar. Si se repite, avisale a tu administrador.
- Cambié los pesos y los productos muestran la misma puntuación
- Tocá Recalcular todo.
