Completeness: the quality score
Completitud: la puntuación de calidad
Every product has a score from 0 to 100 that tells you how much of its data is loaded. The product page shows what is missing and takes you to the place where you fix it.
Cada producto tiene una puntuación de 0 a 100 que te dice cuánto de su ficha está cargado. La página del producto muestra qué falta y te lleva al lugar donde se corrige.

On the Overview tab, the ring labelled Quality shows the score, and next to it Product Quality Score gives a verdict.
En la pestaña Resumen, el anillo con el rótulo Calidad muestra la puntuación, y al lado Puntuación de calidad del producto da un veredicto.

How the score is calculated
Cómo se calcula la puntuación
The score is built from groups of checks. Each group has a weight, and the weights of the active groups add up to 100.
La puntuación se arma con grupos de chequeos. Cada grupo tiene un peso, y los pesos de los grupos activos suman 100.
- The score of a group is the share of its checks that pass. A group with three checks, two of them passing, scores 67%.
- Each group contributes its score multiplied by its weight. A group that weighs 40 and scores 50% adds 20 points.
- The product score is the sum of those contributions, rounded.
- A group without checks counts as 100%.
- La puntuación de un grupo es la proporción de sus chequeos que se cumplen. Un grupo con tres chequeos y dos cumplidos tiene 67%.
- Cada grupo aporta su puntuación multiplicada por su peso. Un grupo que pesa 40 y tiene 50% suma 20 puntos.
- La puntuación del producto es la suma de esos aportes, redondeada.
- Un grupo sin chequeos cuenta como 100%.
A new company starts with these groups. Your administrator can change them (see Setting up completeness), so your screen may show others.
Una empresa nueva arranca con estos grupos. Tu administrador los puede cambiar (mirá Configurar la completitud), así que en tu pantalla pueden figurar otros.

Fix an incomplete product
Corregir un producto incompleto
- Open the product and stay on Overview.
- Look at Setup checklist. Each group shows its percentage, its weight and how many checks are missing. The counter at the top says how many groups are complete.
- Press a red chip. Each failing check is a chip with a cross. Pressing it takes you to the tab where that data is loaded: attributes, images, prices, SEO, tags or external identifiers. The checks about the description, the brand, the manufacturer and the category are solved on Overview itself, so their chip leaves you where you are.
- Load the missing data and save.
- Go back to Overview. The score is recalculated when you edit the product, its attributes, its images, its categories or its tags.
- Abrí el producto y quedate en Resumen.
- Mirá Checklist de armado. Cada grupo muestra su porcentaje, su peso y cuántos chequeos faltan. El contador de arriba dice cuántos grupos están completos.
- Tocá una etiqueta roja. Cada chequeo sin cumplir es una etiqueta con una cruz. Al tocarla vas a la pestaña donde se carga ese dato: atributos, imágenes, precios, SEO, etiquetas o identificadores externos. Los chequeos de descripción, marca, fabricante y categoría se resuelven en el mismo Resumen, así que su etiqueta te deja donde estás.
- Cargá lo que falta y guardá.
- Volvé a Resumen. La puntuación se recalcula cuando editás el producto, sus atributos, sus imágenes, sus categorías o sus etiquetas.
A chip with a padlock cannot be solved yet: place the pointer on it to read Requires first and the check you have to complete before. View opens Completeness checklist, the same list with every check, passed or not.

Mandatory attributes
Atributos obligatorios
When the category of the product requires attributes that are still empty, the Mandatory attributes block lists them with their code and a Fix button that opens the attributes tab. These are the ones the readiness panel counts as blockers.
Cuando la categoría del producto exige atributos que todavía están vacíos, el bloque Atributos obligatorios los lista con su código y un botón Resolver que abre la pestaña de atributos. Son los que el panel de aptitud cuenta como bloqueos.

Products → Tools → Data Quality summarises the quality of all your products. Press Refresh to recalculate the figures.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- The checklist shows 0% in every group
- The product has not been scored yet with the current set-up. Edit and save the product, or ask your administrator to press Recalculate all in the completeness set-up.
- "No checks configured"
- The group has no checks assigned, so it counts as 100%. Your administrator assigns them in the completeness set-up.
- A red chip does nothing when I press it
- Either the data is loaded on Overview itself (description, brand, manufacturer, category), or the check has no shortcut because it is a custom one. Place the pointer on the chip to read what it asks for.
- I loaded the data and the score did not move
- Go back to Overview or reload the page. If the administrator changed the groups or weights, the score of existing products changes only after Recalculate all.
- The Data Quality dashboard stays empty
- Your role lacks permission to read data operations. Ask an administrator.
- El checklist muestra 0% en todos los grupos
- El producto todavía no se puntuó con la configuración actual. Editá y guardá el producto, o pedile a tu administrador que toque Recalcular todo en la configuración de completitud.
- «Sin chequeos configurados»
- El grupo no tiene chequeos asignados, así que cuenta como 100%. Los asigna tu administrador en la configuración de completitud.
- Toco una etiqueta roja y no pasa nada
- O el dato se carga en el mismo Resumen (descripción, marca, fabricante, categoría), o el chequeo no tiene atajo porque es personalizado. Poné el puntero sobre la etiqueta para leer qué pide.
- Cargué el dato y la puntuación no cambió
- Volvé a Resumen o recargá la página. Si el administrador cambió los grupos o los pesos, la puntuación de los productos existentes cambia recién después de Recalcular todo.
- El panel de Calidad de Datos queda vacío
- A tu rol le falta permiso para leer operaciones de datos. Pedíselo a un administrador.
