Your settings: language, appearance and lists
Tus ajustes: idioma, apariencia y listas
Your settings change how the system looks for you, and only for you: the language, the colours, where the menu is and how lists are shown.
Tus ajustes cambian cómo se ve el sistema para vos, y solo para vos: el idioma, los colores, dónde está el menú y cómo se muestran las listas.
Open your settings
Abrir tus ajustes
Press your photo or initials in the top bar and choose Settings. The window has its sections on the left. There is no button to save: Changes are saved automatically and you see the effect at once. Close the window with Done.
Tocá tu foto o tus iniciales en la barra superior y elegí Configuración. La ventana tiene sus secciones a la izquierda. No hay botón para guardar: Los cambios se guardan automáticamente y ves el efecto en el momento. Cerrá la ventana con Listo.
Change the language
Cambiar el idioma
- Open the Localization section.
- Choose your language in Language: English, Español, Português or Français. The menus and the screens change at once.
- Abrí la sección Localización.
- Elegí tu idioma en Idioma: English, Español, Português o Français. Los menús y las pantallas cambian en el momento.
Română and Deutsch are in the list but cannot be chosen yet. In any language, a text that has no translation is shown in English.
Română y Deutsch están en la lista pero todavía no se pueden elegir. En cualquier idioma, un texto que no tiene traducción se muestra en inglés.

How lists and dates look
Cómo se ven las listas y las fechas
The Data Display section applies to all the modules.
La sección Visualización de Datos vale para todos los módulos.

| Date Format | How dates are written: short, medium, long or ISO. Each option shows today's date as an example. |
| Default Page Size | With how many rows a list starts: 10, 20, 50 or 100. It applies to the lists you open from now on. |

| Auto-Refresh Interval | It is not applied yet: lists are refreshed when you open them or when you search, not on a timer. |

Notifications and behaviour
Notificaciones y comportamiento
The switches of the Notifications section (channels and categories) and Confirm Deletes in Behavior are saved but do not change how the system acts yet: the bell keeps showing your notifications and the confirmations keep appearing. The notices about approvals are set in Your profile, in Approval notifications.
Los interruptores de la sección Notificaciones (canales y categorías) y Confirmar Eliminaciones en Comportamiento se guardan pero todavía no cambian cómo actúa el sistema: la campana sigue mostrando tus notificaciones y las confirmaciones siguen apareciendo. Los avisos de aprobaciones se configuran en Tu perfil, en Notificaciones de aprobaciones.
The organization's default currency
La moneda por defecto de la organización
Administrators also see Default currency in the Localization section. Unlike the rest of this window, it applies to the whole organization: it is the currency that comes already selected in every currency field, for everyone. Each person can still choose another currency on a particular record. Leave the first option, which names the currency of your country, to follow the country. When you change it you see Localization settings saved.
Los administradores además ven Moneda por defecto en la sección Localización. A diferencia del resto de esta ventana, vale para toda la organización: es la moneda que viene ya elegida en todos los campos de moneda, para todos. Cada persona igual puede elegir otra moneda en un registro puntual. Dejá la primera opción, que nombra la moneda de tu país, para seguir al país. Cuando la cambiás ves Ajustes de localización guardados.
Go back to the original settings
Volver a los ajustes originales
Press Reset All to Defaults, at the foot of the window. Everything returns to how it was the first day, including the language (English), the light theme and the side menu. You see Settings reset to defaults.
Tocá Restablecer Todo a Valores Predeterminados, al pie de la ventana. Todo vuelve a como estaba el primer día, incluido el idioma (inglés), el tema claro y el menú lateral. Ves Configuración restablecida a valores predeterminados.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- I changed the page size and the list I have open is the same
- It applies to the lists you open next. Leave the list and open it again.
- I chose Spanish and parts of the screen are in English
- Those texts have no translation yet.
- On another computer the theme is different
- The light or dark theme is remembered by each browser. Change it there with the sun and moon of the top bar.
- I chose the horizontal menu and nothing changed
- The window is too narrow. See The screen and the menu.
- I do not see Default currency
- It is shown only to administrators with permission to change the organization's localization.
- Cambié el tamaño de página y la lista que tengo abierta sigue igual
- Vale para las listas que abras después. Salí de la lista y volvé a abrirla.
- Elegí español y hay partes de la pantalla en inglés
- Esos textos todavía no tienen traducción.
- En otra computadora el tema es distinto
- El tema claro u oscuro lo recuerda cada navegador. Cambialo ahí con el sol y la luna de la barra superior.
- Elegí el menú horizontal y no cambió nada
- La ventana es demasiado angosta. Mirá La pantalla y el menú.
- No veo Moneda por defecto
- Se muestra solo a los administradores con permiso para cambiar la localización de la organización.
