Creating your organization's account

Crear la cuenta de tu organización

The first person of a company creates the organization and becomes its first administrator. You fill in one form, confirm your e-mail and you can sign in. Everyone else is added later by that administrator and does not go through this.

La primera persona de una empresa crea la organización y queda como su primer administrador. Completás un formulario, confirmás tu correo y ya podés ingresar. A los demás los agrega después ese administrador y no pasan por acá.

Fill in the form

Completar el formulario

On the sign-in screen, next to Don't have an account?, press Create one. The form Create your organization opens.

En la pantalla de ingreso, al lado de ¿No tienes una cuenta?, tocá Crea una. Se abre el formulario Creá tu organización.

Type your details under Your details: First name, Last name and Work email. The verification link is sent to this address.
Choose a password in Password and repeat it in Confirm password. As you type, a list shows what is still missing: At least 8 characters, One uppercase letter, One lowercase letter and One number. The longest password accepted has 128 characters.
Type the name of your company in Organization name, under Organization.
Choose a tenant code in Tenant code: a short name for the organization, with letters, numbers and hyphens only, up to 32 characters, and without a hyphen at the start or at the end. With the field empty the form offers Suggestions: built from the organization name: press one to use it. The form checks whether the code is free and answers Tenant code is available or That tenant code is already taken.
Choose the plan in Edition: Professional or Enterprise. A short description appears under the field.
Check the country in Country. When the system can tell where you are, the field comes filled in and says Pre-filled from your location — change it if needed. To change it, open the list and type in Search countries….
Press Create my account.

Escribí tus datos en Tus datos: Nombre, Apellido y Correo laboral. A esa dirección llega el enlace de verificación.
Elegí una contraseña en Contraseña y repetila en Confirmar contraseña. Mientras escribís, una lista muestra lo que falta: Al menos 8 caracteres, Una letra mayúscula, Una letra minúscula y Un número. La contraseña más larga que se acepta tiene 128 caracteres.
Escribí el nombre de tu empresa en Nombre de la organización, dentro de Organización.
Elegí un código de tenant en Código de tenant: un nombre corto para la organización, solo con letras, números y guiones, de hasta 32 caracteres, y sin guion al principio ni al final. Con el campo vacío el formulario ofrece Sugerencias: armadas a partir del nombre de la organización: tocá una para usarla. El formulario revisa si el código está libre y contesta El código de tenant está disponible o Ese código de tenant ya está en uso.
Elegí el plan en Edición: Profesional o Empresarial. Debajo del campo aparece una descripción corta.
Revisá el país en País. Cuando el sistema puede saber dónde estás, el campo viene completo y dice Prellenado según tu ubicación — cámbialo si es necesario. Para cambiarlo, abrí la lista y escribí en Buscar países….
Tocá Crear mi cuenta.

If the country you chose is not the one the system detected, a notice Confirm your country appears before the account is created. Press Keep followed by the country you chose if it is right (you are travelling, you use a VPN or you register a company abroad), or Change to followed by the detected country.Si el país que elegiste no es el que detectó el sistema, antes de crear la cuenta aparece el aviso Confirmá tu país. Tocá Mantener seguido del país que elegiste si está bien (estás de viaje, usás una VPN o registrás una empresa en el exterior), o Cambiar a seguido del país detectado.

Confirm your e-mail

Confirmar tu correo

After you send the form the screen changes to Check your email. The account exists but cannot be used until you confirm the address.

Después de enviar el formulario la pantalla pasa a Revisa tu correo electrónico. La cuenta existe pero no se puede usar hasta que confirmes la dirección.

Open the message in your inbox and press the link. It can take a few minutes to arrive; look in the spam folder too. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Wait for Email verified. The page checks the link by itself and tells you Your account is now active.
Press Go to login. The sign-in form opens with your organization and your e-mail already filled in: type your password and you are in.

Abrí el mensaje en tu casilla y tocá el enlace. Puede tardar unos minutos en llegar; mirá también en la carpeta de spam. El enlace vale 24 horas.
Esperá a ver Correo verificado. La página revisa el enlace sola y te avisa Tu cuenta ya está activa.
Tocá Ir a iniciar sesión. Se abre el formulario de ingreso con tu organización y tu correo ya cargados: escribí tu contraseña y entrás.

If the message does not arrive, stay on Check your email and use Resend email. The button is locked for a few seconds after each sending and shows Resend available in with a countdown.

Si el mensaje no llega, quedate en Revisa tu correo electrónico y usá Reenviar correo. El botón queda bloqueado unos segundos después de cada envío y muestra Reenvío disponible en con una cuenta regresiva.

Use the Go to login button of the verification page for your first sign-in: it carries the Tenant ID into the form. After your first sign-in the browser remembers it.Usá el botón Ir a iniciar sesión de la página de verificación para tu primer ingreso: lleva el ID de Inquilino al formulario. Después del primer ingreso el navegador lo recuerda.

If Kubrik created the account for you

Si la cuenta te la creó Kubrik

When the account was prepared for you from kubrik.io, you receive an activation link instead of filling in the form. The link opens Activate your account, which shows the account and the organization it was created for.

Cuando la cuenta te la prepararon desde kubrik.io, en lugar de completar el formulario recibís un enlace de activación. El enlace abre Activa tu cuenta, que muestra la cuenta y la organización para la que fue creada.

Check the address in Owner email. It cannot be changed here.
Choose your password in Password and type it again in Repeat the password. The same four requirements apply.
Press Activate and sign in. You see Your account is active and the system opens on the dashboard, already signed in.

Revisá la dirección en Correo del titular. Acá no se puede cambiar.
Elegí tu contraseña en Contraseña y escribila otra vez en Repite la contraseña. Valen los mismos cuatro requisitos.
Tocá Activar y entrar. Ves Tu cuenta está activa y el sistema se abre en el panel, ya con la sesión iniciada.

Under the form the page tells you until when the link is valid (This link is valid until).

Debajo del formulario la página te dice hasta cuándo vale el enlace (Este enlace vale hasta el).

Common issues

Problemas habituales

"Use letters, numbers and hyphens only (up to 32 characters)": The tenant code has a space, an accent or a symbol. Leave only letters, numbers and hyphens.
"That tenant code is already taken. Try another.": Another organization already uses that code. Change it and send the form again.
"Please review the form and try again.": The system did not accept one of the values. The usual cause is a tenant code that starts or ends with a hyphen, or has two hyphens together.
"Too many attempts. Please try again later.": The form was sent too many times in a short while. Wait a few minutes.
"Registration failed. Please try again.": The account could not be created. Check your connection and send the form again.
"Too many resend attempts. Please try again later.": You asked for the message too many times. Wait for the countdown on the button.
"Verification failed": The link is no longer valid: it was already used, it is older than 24 hours, or a newer message replaced it. If you already confirmed, just sign in. If not, press Back to sign-up, or ask for a new message with Resend email from the screen where you registered.
"This verification link is missing its token. Please use the link from your email.": The address was cut when it was copied. Open the link directly from the message.
"This link no longer works": The activation link expired or was already used. If you already chose your password, press I already have an account: sign in. If not, ask for the account again from the assistant on kubrik.io.
"The password does not meet the requirements." / "The two passwords are not the same.": On the activation page: check the four requirements in the list and type the same password in both fields.

«Usá solo letras, números y guiones (hasta 32 caracteres)»: El código de tenant tiene un espacio, una tilde o un símbolo. Dejá solo letras, números y guiones.
«Ese código de tenant ya está en uso. Probá con otro.»: Otra organización ya usa ese código. Cambialo y volvé a enviar el formulario.
«Revisá el formulario e intentá de nuevo.»: El sistema no aceptó alguno de los valores. La causa habitual es un código de tenant que empieza o termina con guion, o que tiene dos guiones seguidos.
«Demasiados intentos. Probá de nuevo más tarde.»: El formulario se envió demasiadas veces en poco tiempo. Esperá unos minutos.
«No se pudo completar el registro. Intentá de nuevo.»: No se pudo crear la cuenta. Revisá tu conexión y volvé a enviar el formulario.
«Demasiados intentos de reenvío. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde.»: Pediste el mensaje demasiadas veces. Esperá la cuenta regresiva del botón.
«Falló la verificación»: El enlace ya no vale: ya se usó, tiene más de 24 horas, o un mensaje más nuevo lo reemplazó. Si ya habías confirmado, ingresá directamente. Si no, tocá Volver al registro, o pedí un mensaje nuevo con Reenviar correo desde la pantalla donde te registraste.
«A este enlace de verificación le falta el token. Usa el enlace de tu correo.»: La dirección se cortó al copiarla. Abrí el enlace directamente desde el mensaje.
«Este enlace ya no sirve»: El enlace de activación venció o ya fue usado. Si ya elegiste tu contraseña, tocá Ya tengo cuenta: iniciar sesión. Si no, volvé a pedir la cuenta desde el asistente de kubrik.io.
«La contraseña no cumple los requisitos.» / «Las dos contraseñas no coinciden.»: En la página de activación: revisá los cuatro requisitos de la lista y escribí la misma contraseña en los dos campos.
