My modules: choosing what your organization uses
Mis módulos: elegir qué usa tu organización
An administrator decides which modules, sections and screens of the plan the organization actually uses. What is switched off disappears from everyone's menu, so people see only what they need.
Un administrador decide qué módulos, secciones y pantallas del plan usa de verdad la organización. Lo que se apaga desaparece del menú de todos, así cada uno ve solo lo que necesita.

The page My organization's modules shows at the top the plan of your organization (Plan:) and, below, a tree with all the modules the plan includes. Open a module with the arrow at its left to see its sections, and a section to see its screens. Each line has a switch.
La página Módulos de mi organización muestra arriba el plan de tu organización (Plan:) y, debajo, un árbol con todos los módulos que incluye el plan. Abrí un módulo con la flecha de su izquierda para ver sus secciones, y una sección para ver sus pantallas. Cada línea tiene un interruptor.

To find a line quickly, type in the search box above the tree. Expand all and Collapse all open and close every module at once.
Para encontrar una línea rápido, escribí en el buscador arriba del árbol. Expandir todo y Colapsar todo abren y cierran todos los módulos de una vez.
Switch something off
Apagar algo
- Find the line of the module, the section or the screen.
- Turn its switch off.
- Read the confirmation. For a module or a section the window Hide module? opens. If other modules depend on the one you are hiding, the window names them: they will be hidden too.
- Press Hide to go ahead, or cancel to leave everything as it was. A single screen is hidden without asking.
- Buscá la línea del módulo, la sección o la pantalla.
- Apagá su interruptor.
- Leé la confirmación. Para un módulo o una sección se abre la ventana ¿Ocultar el módulo?. Si otros módulos dependen del que estás ocultando, la ventana los nombra: también se van a ocultar.
- Tocá Ocultar para seguir, o cancelá para dejar todo como estaba. Una pantalla suelta se oculta sin preguntar.
The change is applied at once and you see Saved. What you hid leaves the menu of everybody in the organization, and its pages no longer open, not even from a saved link.
El cambio se aplica en el momento y ves Guardado. Lo que ocultaste sale del menú de todos en la organización, y sus páginas ya no se abren, ni siquiera desde un enlace guardado.
Switch something back on
Volver a encender algo
Turn the switch on. There is no confirmation: it is applied at once and the line returns to the menu of the people whose role has permission for it. A section or a screen can only be used when the module above it is on.
Encendé el interruptor. No hay confirmación: se aplica en el momento y la línea vuelve al menú de las personas cuyo rol tiene permiso. Una sección o una pantalla solo se puede usar cuando el módulo de arriba está encendido.
Modules outside your plan
Módulos fuera de tu plan
At the foot of the page, Not included in your plan lists the modules your plan does not include, each with a padlock. They have no switch and do not appear in the menu. To use them the plan has to change: contact Kubrik.
Al pie de la página, No incluidos en tu plan lista los módulos que tu plan no incluye, cada uno con un candado. No tienen interruptor y no aparecen en el menú. Para usarlos hay que cambiar el plan: contactá a Kubrik.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- I do not see My modules in my user menu
- It is shown only to administrators of the organization. The person who created the organization is one.
- "Action not allowed" when I use a switch
- The system refused the change and the text says why: for example, the module needs another one that is off, another module depends on it, or it is a module the system requires. The tree returns to how it was.
- "Could not apply the change. Please try again."
- The tree could not be loaded. Reload the page.
- I switched a module on and a colleague still does not see it
- Their role has no permission in that module, or they have to reload the page. Switching a module on does not give permissions: those come from the roles.
- I hid a module by mistake
- Turn its switch on again. If it dragged other modules with it, turn those on too.
- "No modules are available for your plan."
- The plan of your organization has no modules assigned. Contact Kubrik.
- No veo Mis módulos en mi menú de usuario
- Se muestra solo a los administradores de la organización. Quien creó la organización es uno.
- «Acción no permitida» cuando uso un interruptor
- El sistema rechazó el cambio y el texto dice por qué: por ejemplo, el módulo necesita otro que está apagado, otro módulo depende de él, o es un módulo que el sistema exige. El árbol vuelve a como estaba.
- «No se pudo aplicar el cambio. Intentá de nuevo.»
- El árbol no se pudo cargar. Recargá la página.
- Encendí un módulo y un compañero sigue sin verlo
- Su rol no tiene permiso en ese módulo, o tiene que recargar la página. Encender un módulo no da permisos: esos vienen de los roles.
- Oculté un módulo por error
- Volvé a encender su interruptor. Si arrastró otros módulos, encendelos también.
- «No hay módulos disponibles para tu plan.»
- El plan de tu organización no tiene módulos asignados. Contactá a Kubrik.
