What the messages mean
Qué significan los mensajes
When the system does not let you open a page or do something, it tells you why. This chapter gathers the messages that are the same in every module, with their cause and what to do.
Cuando el sistema no te deja abrir una página o hacer algo, te dice por qué. Este capítulo reúne los mensajes que son iguales en todos los módulos, con su causa y qué hacer.
Where the messages appear
Dónde aparecen los mensajes
- At the top of the dashboard: when you tried to open a page and the system took you to the dashboard instead.
- In a corner of the screen: after an action, as a small card with a title and a text. The titles are explained in Lists, forms and confirmations.
- Under a field: when a value of a form is not valid.
- Inside the page: when a list or a page could not be loaded, with a button to try again.
- Arriba del panel: cuando intentaste abrir una página y el sistema te llevó al panel.
- En una esquina de la pantalla: después de una acción, como una tarjeta chica con un título y un texto. Los títulos están explicados en Listas, formularios y confirmaciones.
- Debajo de un campo: cuando un valor de un formulario no es válido.
- Dentro de la página: cuando una lista o una página no se pudo cargar, con un botón para reintentar.

Te llevó al panel
This happens when you open a page you cannot use, usually from a saved link, from the address bar or because something was switched off while you worked.
Pasa cuando abrís una página que no podés usar, casi siempre desde un enlace guardado, desde la barra de direcciones o porque algo se apagó mientras trabajabas.

An action was refused
Una acción fue rechazada
These arrive as a card with the title Action not allowed. Nothing failed: the system understood and said no.
Llegan como una tarjeta con el título Acción no permitida. No falló nada: el sistema entendió y dijo que no.

The two messages that start with Module are shown in English in every language, because the text comes as the system wrote it.Los dos mensajes que empiezan con Module se muestran en inglés en todos los idiomas, porque el texto llega tal como lo escribió el sistema.

The session ended
La sesión terminó
When your session ends, the system does not show a message: the next thing you do takes you to the sign-in screen. Sign in again. If you were in the middle of a form, what you had not saved is lost. The messages of the sign-in screen itself are in Signing in and out.
Cuando tu sesión termina, el sistema no muestra un mensaje: lo próximo que hacés te lleva a la pantalla de ingreso. Ingresá de nuevo. Si estabas en medio de un formulario, lo que no habías guardado se pierde. Los mensajes de la propia pantalla de ingreso están en Ingresar y salir.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- A page I used yesterday now sends me to the dashboard
- Read the notice at the top: it tells you which of the causes of the first table it is. Most often an administrator hid it or changed your role.
- I see a page but its list says "No access"
- You can open the page, but your role cannot read that content.
- A page loads empty and no message appears
- When a page cannot read its data it shows the problem inside the page, not in a card. Look for Retry, or reload.
- The message disappeared before I could read it
- Only failures stay on screen; the rest go away by themselves. Repeat the action to see it again.
- The same message appears in every module I open
- It is about your session or your connection, not about the module. Reload the page; if it goes on, sign out and sign in again.
- Una página que ayer usaba ahora me manda al panel
- Leé el aviso de arriba: te dice cuál de las causas de la primera tabla es. Lo más común es que un administrador la haya ocultado o te haya cambiado el rol.
- Veo una página pero su lista dice «Sin acceso»
- Podés abrir la página, pero tu rol no puede leer ese contenido.
- Una página carga vacía y no aparece ningún mensaje
- Cuando una página no puede leer sus datos muestra el problema dentro de la página, no en una tarjeta. Buscá Reintentar, o recargá.
- El mensaje desapareció antes de que pudiera leerlo
- Solo las fallas quedan en pantalla; el resto se va solo. Repetí la acción para verlo de nuevo.
- El mismo mensaje aparece en todos los módulos que abro
- Es de tu sesión o de tu conexión, no del módulo. Recargá la página; si sigue, salí y volvé a ingresar.
