La pantalla y el menú
Every page has the same frame: the menu with your modules, and a top bar with where you are, the search, the theme, the notifications and your user menu. Learning it once is enough for the whole system.
Todas las páginas tienen el mismo marco: el menú con tus módulos, y una barra superior con dónde estás, la búsqueda, el tema, las notificaciones y tu menú de usuario. Aprenderlo una vez alcanza para todo el sistema.
The side menu
El menú lateral
The menu is on the left. From top to bottom it has the search box, the Dashboard entry and your modules arranged in groups.
El menú está a la izquierda. De arriba hacia abajo tiene el buscador, la entrada Panel de Control y tus módulos ordenados por grupos.
- Open a module: press its name. You go to the module's home page and its sections unfold under it.
- Unfold without leaving the page: press the small arrow at the right of the module name. The same arrow folds it again.
- Open a section or a screen: press its name. A section with a home page of its own takes you there and shows its screens.
- Fold a whole group: press the group title (Operations, Engagement, System). The system remembers which groups you folded.
- Abrir un módulo: tocá su nombre. Vas a la página de inicio del módulo y sus secciones se despliegan debajo.
- Desplegar sin salir de la página: tocá la flechita a la derecha del nombre del módulo. La misma flecha lo vuelve a plegar.
- Abrir una sección o una pantalla: tocá su nombre. Una sección con página de inicio propia te lleva ahí y muestra sus pantallas.
- Plegar un grupo entero: tocá el título del grupo (Operaciones, Interacción, Sistema). El sistema recuerda qué grupos plegaste.
The menu follows you: when you open a page by another route, the module and the section it belongs to unfold by themselves and the page is highlighted.
El menú te sigue: cuando abrís una página por otro camino, el módulo y la sección a los que pertenece se despliegan solos y la página queda resaltada.

Search in the menu
Buscar en el menú
- Type part of the name of the screen in Search..., at the top of the menu. The modules are replaced by the list of screens that match, each with the module it belongs to.
- Press the screen you want. The search is cleared and the menu comes back.
- To cancel, press Esc or the cross inside the box.
- Escribí parte del nombre de la pantalla en Buscar..., arriba del menú. Los módulos se reemplazan por la lista de pantallas que coinciden, cada una con el módulo al que pertenece.
- Tocá la pantalla que querés. La búsqueda se borra y vuelve el menú.
- Para cancelar, tocá Esc o la cruz dentro del buscador.
The search only finds screens you can open. If nothing matches it says No results for followed by what you typed.
La búsqueda solo encuentra pantallas que podés abrir. Si nada coincide dice Sin resultados para seguido de lo que escribiste.
Make the menu narrow
Achicar el menú
Press Collapse at the foot of the menu to leave only the icons and gain room for the page. In that state, hold the pointer over an icon to see the module name, and press the icon to open a small panel with its sections and screens. The double arrow at the foot opens the menu again. The system remembers your choice. On a phone the menu is always narrow.
Tocá Contraer al pie del menú para dejar solo los íconos y ganar lugar para la página. En ese estado, dejá el puntero sobre un ícono para ver el nombre del módulo, y tocá el ícono para abrir un panel chico con sus secciones y pantallas. La doble flecha del pie vuelve a abrir el menú. El sistema recuerda tu elección. En un teléfono el menú siempre está angosto.

Quick search: jump to any page
Búsqueda rápida: saltar a cualquier página
The quick search takes you to a page without going through the menu. Open it with the magnifying glass or with Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac).
La búsqueda rápida te lleva a una página sin pasar por el menú. Abrila con la lupa o con Ctrl+K (⌘K en una Mac).
- Type in Search pages and actions…. Before you type, the list shows your first modules.
- Move with the up and down arrows. Under Pages you see screens with their module and section; under Actions you see the keyboard shortcuts of the page you are on, when it has any.
- Press Enter to open the highlighted line, or press it with the pointer. Esc closes the search.
- Escribí en Buscar páginas y acciones…. Antes de escribir, la lista muestra tus primeros módulos.
- Movete con las flechas arriba y abajo. Debajo de Páginas ves pantallas con su módulo y sección; debajo de Acciones ves los atajos de teclado de la página en la que estás, cuando tiene alguno.
- Tocá Enter para abrir la línea resaltada, o tocala con el puntero. Esc cierra la búsqueda.
Notifications
Notificaciones
The bell gathers what the system wants you to know: for example, something assigned to you or a document that changed state. New notifications arrive while you work, without reloading the page.
La campana reúne lo que el sistema quiere avisarte: por ejemplo, algo que te asignaron o un documento que cambió de estado. Las notificaciones nuevas llegan mientras trabajás, sin recargar la página.
- All and Unread choose which ones are listed. They are grouped in Today, Yesterday and Earlier.
- Press a notification to mark it as read and, when it points to a page, open that page.
- Press the dot at its right (Mark as read) to mark it without opening anything.
- Press the cross (Dismiss) to remove it from your list.
- Mark all read at the top marks them all at once.
- Todas y No leídas eligen cuáles se listan. Están agrupadas en Hoy, Ayer y Anteriores.
- Tocá una notificación para marcarla como leída y, cuando apunta a una página, abrir esa página.
- Tocá el punto a su derecha (Marcar como leído) para marcarla sin abrir nada.
- Tocá la cruz (Descartar) para sacarla de tu lista.
- Marcar todo como leído, arriba, las marca todas de una vez.
The user menu
El menú de usuario
Press your photo or initials. The header shows your name, your e-mail and your role, and a chip with the Tenant ID of your organization: press the chip to copy the full identifier (Tenant ID copied to clipboard).
Tocá tu foto o tus iniciales. El encabezado muestra tu nombre, tu correo y tu rol, y una etiqueta con el ID de Inquilino de tu organización: tocá la etiqueta para copiar el identificador completo (ID de inquilino copiado al portapapeles).

The menu across the top
El menú en la parte superior
If you prefer the modules in a bar across the top, choose Horizontal in Menu Layout (Your settings). In that layout:
Si preferís los módulos en una barra superior, elegí Horizontal en Disposición del Menú (Tus ajustes). En esa disposición:
- The modules are in one row, without group titles. Hold the pointer over a module, or press it, to open a panel with its sections in columns; press the module name inside the panel to go to its home page.
- There is no search box in the menu: use the quick search (Ctrl+K).
- A read-only module shows READ-ONLY in its panel.
- When the window is narrow the names are hidden and only the icons remain; hold the pointer over an icon to read the name. On a very narrow window the system goes back to the side menu by itself.
- Los módulos están en una sola fila, sin títulos de grupo. Dejá el puntero sobre un módulo, o tocalo, para abrir un panel con sus secciones en columnas; tocá el nombre del módulo dentro del panel para ir a su página de inicio.
- No hay buscador en el menú: usá la búsqueda rápida (Ctrl+K).
- Un módulo de solo lectura muestra READ-ONLY en su panel.
- Cuando la ventana es angosta los nombres se ocultan y quedan solo los íconos; dejá el puntero sobre un ícono para leer el nombre. En una ventana muy angosta el sistema vuelve solo al menú lateral.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- Ctrl+K does nothing
- The shortcut does not work while the cursor is inside a text field. Click on an empty part of the page, or use the magnifying glass.
- The search does not find a screen I know exists
- It only lists screens you can open. The screen is hidden for your organization or your role has no permission for it.
- The menu shows only icons
- It is collapsed. Press the double arrow at its foot. On a phone it stays narrow.
- I chose the horizontal menu and I still see the side menu
- The window is too narrow for the top bar. Make it wider.
- "Failed to copy tenant ID"
- The browser did not allow copying. Hold the pointer over the chip to read the full identifier and copy it by hand.
- Some names in the menu are in English although I chose Spanish
- Texts that have no translation yet are shown in English.
- Ctrl+K no hace nada
- El atajo no funciona mientras el cursor está dentro de un campo de texto. Hacé clic en una parte vacía de la página, o usá la lupa.
- La búsqueda no encuentra una pantalla que sé que existe
- Solo lista las pantallas que podés abrir. La pantalla está oculta para tu organización o tu rol no tiene permiso.
- El menú muestra solo íconos
- Está contraído. Tocá la doble flecha del pie. En un teléfono queda angosto.
- Elegí el menú horizontal y sigo viendo el menú lateral
- La ventana es demasiado angosta para la barra superior. Hacela más ancha.
- «No se pudo copiar el ID de inquilino»
- El navegador no dejó copiar. Dejá el puntero sobre la etiqueta para leer el identificador completo y copialo a mano.
- Algunos nombres del menú están en inglés aunque elegí español
- Los textos que todavía no tienen traducción se muestran en inglés.
