Prices & Promotions is where you keep your price lists, decide who gets each list, and build promotions. This chapter shows what is on the home screen, the order in which the work is usually done, and which role does each part.
Precios y Promociones es donde mantenés las listas de precios, decidís a quién le toca cada lista y armás las promociones. Este capítulo muestra qué hay en la pantalla de inicio, en qué orden se suele trabajar y qué rol hace cada parte.
What the home screen shows

Open Prices & Promotions in the side menu. At the top there is a row of summary cards, then the pending matters, and below them the cards that take you to each screen.
Abrí Precios y Promociones en el menú lateral. Arriba hay una fila de tarjetas de resumen, después los pendientes, y debajo las tarjetas que te llevan a cada pantalla.

Under the cards, Promotion pipeline counts the promotions by status and Promotions by type groups them by kind. The round arrow at the top reloads the figures.
Debajo de las tarjetas, Flujo de promociones cuenta las promociones por estado y Promociones por tipo las agrupa por clase. La flecha circular de arriba vuelve a cargar las cifras.
The usual route for prices
El recorrido habitual de los precios
- Create the list. One list per price policy: the general one, the wholesale one, the one for a branch. See Creating a price list.
- Load the prices. One by one, or many at once from a file. See Loading and editing prices.
- Say who gets the list. A customer, a customer group, a branch or a sales channel. See Assigning a list.
- Check the result. Look at the product page to see the price each list gives it. See Checking why a price came out that way.
- Creá la lista. Una lista por política de precios: la general, la mayorista, la de una sucursal. Mirá Crear una lista de precios.
- Cargá los precios. De a uno, o muchos juntos desde un archivo. Mirá Cargar y editar precios.
- Decí a quién le toca la lista. Un cliente, un grupo de clientes, una sucursal o un canal de venta. Mirá Asignar una lista.
- Revisá el resultado. Mirá la ficha del producto para ver qué precio le da cada lista. Mirá Revisar por qué salió ese precio.
The usual route for promotions
El recorrido habitual de las promociones
- Create the promotion from a template and compile it. See Creating a promotion.
- Activate it. From that moment it takes part in the calculation.
- Test it with a sample cart. See Testing promotions.
- Follow it in the list and the calendar, and cancel it when it is over. See Following and ending promotions.
- Creá la promoción a partir de una plantilla y compilala. Mirá Crear una promoción.
- Activala. Desde ese momento participa del cálculo.
- Probala con un carrito de muestra. Mirá Probar promociones.
- Seguila en la lista y en el calendario, y cancelala cuando termine. Mirá Seguir y terminar promociones.
Who does what
Quién hace qué
What you can do depends on the roles your administrator gave you. These are the roles that come with the module; their names appear in English on the roles screen.
Lo que podés hacer depende de los roles que te dio tu administrador. Estos son los roles que vienen con el módulo; sus nombres figuran en inglés en la pantalla de roles.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Failed to load dashboard. Please try again."
- The summary could not be read. Press Retry. If it always appears for your user, your role is not allowed to read the summary: the cards below still work, use them to reach each screen.
- Prices & Promotions is not in my menu
- The module is not enabled for your company or your role has no access to it. Ask your administrator.
- A card or a button I expected is missing
- Some cards and buttons are shown only to the roles that can use them, for example Price history and Bulk re-price.
- «No se pudo cargar el panel. Intentá de nuevo.»
- No se pudo leer el resumen. Tocá Reintentar. Si te aparece siempre, tu rol no puede leer el resumen: las tarjetas de abajo funcionan igual, usalas para llegar a cada pantalla.
- Precios y Promociones no está en mi menú
- El módulo no está habilitado para tu empresa o tu rol no tiene acceso. Consultá a tu administrador.
- Falta una tarjeta o un botón que esperaba ver
- Algunas tarjetas y botones se muestran solo a los roles que pueden usarlos, por ejemplo Historial de precios y Ajuste masivo.
