Changing many prices at once
Cambiar muchos precios a la vez
Three tools avoid editing prices one by one: a percentage change over part or all of a list, a copy of a whole list, and loading prices from a file.
Tres herramientas evitan editar los precios de a uno: un cambio porcentual sobre una parte o toda la lista, una copia de la lista entera y la carga de precios desde un archivo.

- Open the list and press Bulk re-price. If you want to limit the change to what a search finds, type the search in the Entries tab first.
- Choose which prices. Whole list, a Category with its sub-categories, a Brand, a Supplier or the Current search. The line Matches tells you how many prices are included. Press Next.
- Type the Percentage. A positive number raises, a negative one lowers. Zero is not accepted, and neither is a reduction of one hundred percent or more.
- Choose the Rounding. See the table below.
- Choose when it takes effect. Now, or On a date with its day and time: current prices stay until then and the new ones start at that moment.
- Press Preview. The table shows every product with its current price, the new one, the resulting margin and what will happen to it.
- Press Apply changes. A notice sums up how many prices changed, how many went to approval and how many were left out.
- Abrí la lista y tocá Ajuste masivo. Si querés limitar el cambio a lo que encuentra una búsqueda, escribí antes la búsqueda en la pestaña Entradas.
- Elegí qué precios. Toda la lista, una Categoría con sus subcategorías, una Marca, un Proveedor o la Búsqueda actual. La línea Coinciden te dice cuántos precios entran. Tocá Siguiente.
- Escribí el Porcentaje. Un número positivo sube, uno negativo baja. No se acepta cero, ni una baja del cien por ciento o más.
- Elegí el Redondeo. Mirá la tabla de abajo.
- Elegí desde cuándo rige. Ahora, o En una fecha con su día y hora: los precios actuales siguen hasta entonces y los nuevos rigen desde ese momento.
- Tocá Vista previa. La tabla muestra cada producto con su precio actual, el nuevo, el margen resultante y qué va a pasar con él.
- Tocá Aplicar cambios. Un aviso resume cuántos precios cambiaron, cuántos fueron a aprobación y cuántos se excluyeron.

Revertir un ajuste masivo
The Bulk changes tab of the list keeps every bulk re-price and every copy, with its date, what was changed, how many prices were applied and its status: Applied, Waiting for approval or Undone. Press the Undo arrow of a re-price to put back the prices it changed. Prices that somebody edited afterwards are kept as they are. If the prices below the floor could not be sent to approval at the time, the paper-plane button sends them now.
La pestaña Ajustes masivos de la lista guarda cada ajuste masivo y cada copia, con su fecha, qué se cambió, cuántos precios se aplicaron y su estado: Aplicado, Esperando aprobación o Revertido. Tocá la flecha Revertir de un ajuste para volver a poner los precios que cambió. Los precios que alguien editó después quedan como están. Si los precios bajo el mínimo no se pudieron enviar a aprobación en su momento, el botón del avión de papel los envía ahora.

Press Clone to create a new list with all the prices of this one that have not expired. Type the Code and the Name of the copy. Tick Also change the prices by a percentage to apply a percentage and a rounding to the copy, to everything or to one category; Preview tells you how many prices would change. The copy keeps the currency, the visibility, the dates and the priority, is not the default and is assigned to nobody until you assign it. A copy is not undone: if you do not want it, archive it.
Tocá Clonar para crear una lista nueva con todos los precios de esta que no vencieron. Escribí el Código y el Nombre de la copia. Marcá Además, cambiar los precios en un porcentaje para aplicarle a la copia un porcentaje y un redondeo, a todo o a una categoría; Vista previa te dice cuántos precios cambiarían. La copia mantiene la moneda, la visibilidad, las fechas y la prioridad, no es la predeterminada y no queda asignada a nadie hasta que la asignes. Una copia no se revierte: si no la querés, archivala.

Cargar precios desde un archivo
The simplest way is to start from the list itself: press Export CSV inside the list, change the prices in the file with a spreadsheet, and import it back. The export includes the current search, if there is one.
La forma más simple es partir de la propia lista: tocá Exportar CSV dentro de la lista, cambiá los precios en el archivo con una planilla de cálculo y volvé a importarlo. La exportación incluye la búsqueda actual, si hay una.
- Open the import. In the table of lists, open the three-dot menu of the list and choose CSV import.
- Give it the file. Drop it on the box, press Browse, or paste the text. The first row must be the header.
- Press Validate & preview. The screen counts the valid and invalid rows and lists the errors with their row number.
- Press Commit … rows. Only the valid rows are loaded.
- Read the result: rows inserted, existing prices updated, rows left as they were because the price was the same, changes sent for approval and rows that failed.
- Abrí la importación. En la tabla de listas, abrí el menú de tres puntos de la lista y elegí Importar CSV.
- Dale el archivo. Soltalo sobre el recuadro, tocá Explorar o pegá el texto. La primera fila tiene que ser el encabezado.
- Tocá Validar y previsualizar. La pantalla cuenta las filas válidas e inválidas y lista los errores con su número de fila.
- Tocá Confirmar … filas. Solo se cargan las filas válidas.
- Leé el resultado: filas insertadas, precios existentes actualizados, filas que quedaron igual porque el precio era el mismo, cambios enviados a aprobación y filas que fallaron.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "The change could not be applied. Nothing was changed."
- No price was written. If the message says a price changed in the meantime, press Back, then Preview again and apply.
- "A change of -100% or less would remove the prices."
- Type a reduction smaller than one hundred percent.
- "No prices in this selection"
- The category, brand, supplier or search you chose has no price in force in this list. Go back and choose again.
- "The prices below the floor could not be sent for approval. Send them from the Bulk changes tab."
- The rest of the change was applied. Open Bulk changes and press the paper-plane button of that row.
- "The list could not be cloned. Nothing was created."
- Read the message above it. The usual cause is that the code of the copy is already used.
- The Bulk re-price and Clone buttons are missing
- Your role cannot change price lists.
- "Commit failed"
- The preview is no longer available. Upload the file again and commit right after the preview.
- The import says a row is not valid for sku_id
- That column needs the internal identifier of the product. Export the list and copy the value from there.
- «No se pudo aplicar el cambio. No se modificó nada.»
- No se escribió ningún precio. Si el mensaje dice que un precio cambió mientras tanto, tocá Atrás, después Vista previa otra vez y aplicá.
- «Un cambio de -100% o menos dejaría los precios en cero.»
- Escribí una baja menor al cien por ciento.
- «No hay precios en esta selección»
- La categoría, marca, proveedor o búsqueda que elegiste no tiene precios vigentes en esta lista. Volvé atrás y elegí de nuevo.
- «No se pudieron enviar a aprobación los precios bajo el mínimo. Envialos desde la pestaña Ajustes masivos.»
- El resto del cambio se aplicó. Abrí Ajustes masivos y tocá el botón del avión de papel de esa fila.
- «No se pudo clonar la lista. No se creó nada.»
- Leé el mensaje que aparece arriba. La causa habitual es que el código de la copia ya está en uso.
- Faltan los botones Ajuste masivo y Clonar
- Tu rol no puede cambiar listas de precios.
- «Error al confirmar»
- La vista previa ya no está disponible. Subí el archivo de nuevo y confirmá enseguida después de la vista previa.
- La importación dice que una fila no es válida por sku_id
- Esa columna necesita el identificador interno del producto. Exportá la lista y copiá el valor de ahí.
