Find a list
Buscar una lista
The screen is titled Pricing Manager. The tiles at the top (All lists, BASE, B2C, B2B, STORE) filter by visibility when you click them. Next to the search box you can choose All, Active or Archived. The table shows the code, name, visibility, currency, effective window, priority, reach and status of each list. A star next to the code marks the default list of its visibility. Reach tells you how many customers and sales channels the list is assigned to.
Create the list
Crear la lista
- Press New price list. The New Price List window opens.
- Type the Code. Capital letters, digits, hyphens and underscores only. It cannot be changed later.
- Type the Name and, if it helps, a description.
- Choose the Visibility. See the table below: it decides whether the list works on its own or needs an assignment.
- Choose the Currency. All the prices of the list should be in this currency.
- Set the Priority, from 0 to 1000. It comes as 100. When two lists compete, the higher number wins.
- Set the Effective window. Effective from comes with today at the start of the day. Leave Effective to empty for a list without an end date; if you fill it in, it must be later than the start.
- Tick Set as default for this visibility if this is the reference list of its kind. Only one list per visibility can be the default.
- Press Create. The list is created active and empty. Press Open on the notice to go into it.
| Visibility | What it means for the price |
|---|---|
| BASE — fallback for all channels | The list answers for every sale when nothing more specific has a price. It needs no assignment. |
| B2C — consumer storefront | A label that says who the list is meant for. The list is used only where you assign it. |
| B2B — business accounts | A label, as above. The list is used only where you assign it. |
| STORE — retail point of sale | A label, as above. The list is used only where you assign it. |
| Visibilidad | Qué significa para el precio |
|---|---|
No necesita asignación. |

Cambiar, archivar o recuperar una lista
Open the list and press Edit to change the name, description, visibility, currency, priority, dates or the default mark. The code stays as it is.

Press Archive when a list should stop being used. Its prices are kept but no sale takes a price from it. To use it again press Reactivate: the list comes back active and without the default mark.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "A default price list already exists for … visibility."
- Another list of that visibility already has the default mark: untick it here or remove it from the other list. The same message appears when the code you typed is already used by another list: choose a different code.
- "You don't have permission to manage price lists."
- Your role can look at lists but not create or change them. Ask for the pricing manager role.
- "Fix the following to continue"
- The list under the message names what is missing: code, name, currency, start date, or an end date that is not after the start.
- "Effective-to must be after effective-from."
- The end of the window is the same as or earlier than the start. Move the end date or leave it empty.
- "This price list no longer exists."
- The link points to a list that is not there. Go back to Price Lists and open it from the table.
