Cargar y editar precios
Each price in a list belongs to one product, starts on a date and can have a minimum quantity. Here you add, change and delete prices one at a time.
Cada precio de una lista corresponde a un producto, rige desde una fecha y puede tener una cantidad mínima. Acá agregás, cambiás y borrás precios de a uno.
Add a price
Agregar un precio
- Open the list and stay on the Entries tab.
- Press Set price.
- Find the product in Search SKU and pick it from the suggestions.
- Type the Unit price. Leave Currency as it comes: it is the currency of the list.
- Leave Min quantity at 1 for the normal price. A larger number makes it a volume price, see below.
- Check Effective from. It comes with the current date and time. Change it to a future date if the price must start later.
- Leave Effective indefinitely switched on if the price has no end. Switch it off to type an Effective to date.
- Add Internal notes if you want to leave the reason. They are shown in the table of the list.
- Press Set price. The price appears in the table.
- Abrí la lista y quedate en la pestaña Entradas.
- Tocá Establecer precio.
- Buscá el producto en Buscar SKU y elegilo de las sugerencias.
- Escribí el Precio unitario. Dejá Moneda como viene: es la moneda de la lista.
- Dejá Cantidad mínima en 1 para el precio normal. Un número mayor lo convierte en precio por volumen, mirá más abajo.
- Revisá Vigente desde. Viene con la fecha y hora actuales. Cambialo a una fecha futura si el precio tiene que empezar más adelante.
- Dejá Vigente indefinidamente activado si el precio no tiene fin. Desactivalo para escribir una fecha en Vigente hasta.
- Agregá Notas internas si querés dejar el motivo. Se ven en la tabla de la lista.
- Tocá Establecer precio. El precio aparece en la tabla.
The Margin preview box at the bottom is a calculator. Type an Assumed cost and it shows the margin and the markup of the price you are typing. The cost you type is not saved.
El cuadro Vista previa del margen, abajo, es una calculadora. Escribí un Costo asumido y te muestra el margen y el margen de beneficio del precio que estás escribiendo. El costo que escribís no se guarda.

To give a better price from a certain quantity, add the same product again with a larger Min quantity and its price. The list then has one row per tier. In a sale, Kubrik uses the largest tier that the quantity reaches.
Para dar un precio mejor a partir de cierta cantidad, agregá el mismo producto otra vez con una Cantidad mínima mayor y su precio. La lista queda con una fila por escalón. En una venta, Kubrik usa el escalón más grande que la cantidad alcanza.

Use the search box above the table to find the product by code, name, currency or notes. The pencil opens Edit price with the same fields; press Save Changes when you finish. The bin deletes the price after you confirm Delete price entry?. A deleted price cannot be recovered, but the deletion stays in the history.
Usá el buscador de arriba de la tabla para encontrar el producto por código, nombre, moneda o notas. El lápiz abre Editar precio con los mismos campos; tocá Guardar Cambios al terminar. El tacho borra el precio después de confirmar ¿Eliminar entrada de precio?. Un precio borrado no se recupera, pero el borrado queda en el historial.
What the margin floor does when you save
Qué hace el margen mínimo al guardar
If your company set a minimum margin, every price you save is compared with the cost of the product. What happens depends on the mode chosen in Margin floor and approvals.
Si tu empresa fijó un margen mínimo, cada precio que guardás se compara con el costo del producto. Lo que pasa depende del modo elegido en Margen mínimo y aprobaciones.

When the cost of the product is not known, the price is always saved: there is nothing to compare it with.
Cuando no se conoce el costo del producto, el precio se guarda siempre: no hay con qué compararlo.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Approval required — price change submitted for review."
- The margin guard is strict and your change leaves the price below the floor. The price was not changed. Press View approval to follow it; someone else has to approve it.
- "Margin guard blocked this price"
- The margin guard is strict and the new price is below the floor. Raise the price to at least the suggested minimum shown in the message.
- "Saved, but the margin is below the configured floor — the Margin Guard is in ADVISORY mode."
- The price was saved. The notice only tells you that it is under the minimum margin.
- "Couldn't save the price"
- Read the line under the title. The usual cause is that the product already has a price in this list with the same minimum quantity and the same start date: edit that one instead.
- The Set price button of the window stays grey
- A product, a unit price, a currency or the start date is missing.
- "No SKUs match this search"
- The product does not exist with that text. Try its code or part of its name.
- «Se requiere aprobación — cambio de precio enviado para revisión.»
- El control de margen es estricto y tu cambio deja el precio por debajo del mínimo. El precio no cambió. Tocá Ver aprobación para seguirlo; lo tiene que aprobar otra persona.
- «El protector de margen bloqueó este precio»
- El control de margen es estricto y el precio nuevo queda por debajo del mínimo. Subí el precio por lo menos al mínimo sugerido que muestra el mensaje.
- «Guardado, pero el margen está bajo el mínimo configurado — el Margin Guard está en modo asesor.»
- El precio se guardó. El aviso solo te dice que queda por debajo del margen mínimo.
- «No se pudo guardar el precio»
- Leé la línea debajo del título. La causa habitual es que el producto ya tiene un precio en esta lista con la misma cantidad mínima y la misma fecha de inicio: editá ese.
- El botón Establecer precio de la ventana queda en gris
- Falta el producto, el precio unitario, la moneda o la fecha de inicio.
- «Ningún SKU coincide con la búsqueda»
- El producto no existe con ese texto. Probá con su código o con parte del nombre.
