The warehouse floor,
in your hand.

(WMS-MOBILE)

Kubrik WMS Mobile is the scan-first Android app for the people on the floor. Receive, put away, pick, pack, ship, count, move and trace — gloved, one-handed, and fully offline-first. Every action posts straight back into the Kubrik ERP warehouse ledger.

One loop, every task

Scan. Act. Sync.

Every workflow — receiving, picking, counting — is the same muscle memory: trigger the scanner, the app identifies what you're holding, you capture the detail, confirm, and it posts. Offline, it queues and reconciles the moment you're back on the network.

01
Scan
Pull the hardware trigger on a bin, label, SKU or pallet. Universal scan resolves any barcode.
02
Identify
GS1 AI strings are parsed into SKU, lot, expiry and serial — the app knows what comes next.
03
Capture
Big steppers and keypads for quantity; required lot/serial fields appear only when tracking demands them.
04
Confirm
One tap commits the line. Discrepancies, short picks and substitutions are one tap away too.
05
Sync
Posts to the immutable movement ledger — or to the offline outbox, with conflict-aware replay.

Receive, put away and QC — dock to bin.

From dock check-in to the moment stock is shelf-ready. The app prefills from the receipt, parses GS1 lot/serial off the carton, and only asks for what the SKU's tracking type actually requires.

  • Goods receipt & blind receive against POs, ASNs, or nothing at all.
  • Directed putaway — scan to the suggested bin, or override with a reason.
  • QC inspection with release / hold / quarantine dispositions.
  • Discrepancy capture — over, short, damaged or wrong item, logged on the spot.
Outbound · WMS-06 / 07 / 17 / 18

Pick, pack and ship — FEFO-correct, every time.

Guided picks walk the operator bin-by-bin in travel order. The engine enforces FEFO, blocks expired lots, and offers alternates or substitutes when a bin comes up empty — then packs and stages the shipment.

  • Guided & batch picking with scan-verified bin, SKU, lot and serial.
  • Short pick & substitution — release the unfulfilled reservation cleanly.
  • Pack & build packages, then shipment lookup and dispatch.
  • Cross-dock & kitting for flow-through and light assembly.

Count, adjust and move — with the controls auditors expect.

Bin and SKU lookups, blind cycle counts, bin-to-bin moves, transfer orders and replenishment. Counts and adjustments run through maker/checker approval, and every change lands on the immutable movement ledger.

  • Bin & SKU lookup — on-hand, reserved, available at a glance.
  • Blind cycle counts with variance review and approval (SoD).
  • Moves & transfer orders — approve, ship and receive between sites.
  • Replenishment tasks keep fast-pick faces stocked.
Traceability & resilience · WMS-13 / 14 / 23

Full chain of custody — that keeps working when the WiFi doesn't.

Lot, serial and cold-chain capture give you end-to-end traceability. And because warehouses have dead zones, the whole app is offline-first: actions queue in a local outbox and replay with explicit conflict resolution — never a silent overwrite.

  • Lot & serial capture, lookup and genealogy.
  • Cold-chain readings logged against the shipment or lot.
  • Offline outbox — every action survives a network drop.
  • Conflict resolution for pick & count races, surfaced to the operator.
The full surface

Every screen, live.

76 interactive handheld screens across 7 flows — happy paths and the unhappy ones. These are the real prototypes: tap any screen to open it and drive the flow (simulated scanning, steppers, keypads and confirms).

Built for the device

Designed for a rugged scanner, not a phone in a case.

Sized and tuned for the handheld your team actually carries — physical scan trigger, gloved-finger targets, and a layout that never makes an operator pinch-zoom on the floor.

Kubrik WMS Mobile is derived directly from the KS-ERP WMS functional & technical specs, so the handheld and the back office share one model of warehouses, bins, SKUs, lots and movements — no integration layer, no drift.

Integration flows

Every scan flows back into Kubrik ERP.

The handheld isn't a silo. Receipts, picks, counts and moves post to the same warehouse ledger the rest of the platform reads — feeding purchasing, order fulfillment and accounting in real time.
