Built for the warehouse floor

Less typing, fewer mistakes, nothing lost.

Everything starts with a scan

The universal scanner recognises a SKU, a location or a GS1 code. With GS1, lot and expiry fill themselves in.

No network, nothing lost

What's confirmed offline stays on the device with a unique key and uploads when the network is back, without duplicates. If there's a conflict, the app shows it to the operator instead of overwriting it.

Receiving matches the purchase

Receiving against the purchase order, with delivery slip and partial deliveries. On confirmation, the received quantity updates on the Kubrik OS PO.

First to expire, first out

Picking shows the lot the system chose by expiry. If stock is missing, the operator records a short pick with its reason.

Counts nobody can fudge

Blind counting: the operator doesn't see what the system says. They can recount, and the variance waits for a supervisor's approval.

Designed for gloves and triggers

Large buttons, beep and vibration on scan, and readable names on screen, never internal IDs. Works with the device's scanner or with the camera.

Connected to Kubrik OS

What happens on the floor is already in the system.

The app has no separate database: it works on the inventory of the Kubrik OS warehouse module. Permissions, warehouses and products are the same.

Kubrik WMS Mobile is in a pilot with customers. It isn't on Google Play yet: we install it and support the go-live in your warehouse.

What you need

Kubrik OS with the warehouse module, and Android 8.0 or later devices.

Devices

Validated on the SVANTTO / Salvatto M09. Other scanners work in keyboard mode, and any phone scans with its camera.

Put your warehouse on the handheld.
