Kubrik WMS Mobile · Early access

Everything the warehouse app does today.

This page lists what the app does today, what works offline and what doesn't, which devices it works with and what it updates in Kubrik OS. What isn't there yet is listed separately at the end.

Features

By area of work.

Receiving against a purchase order

  • Scan the PO or the GS1 code on the delivery note.
  • Each line shows ordered, received and outstanding; partial deliveries are allowed.
  • Supplier slip: number, date, packages, carrier, accepted or subject to review, and a supplier-short flag.
  • Blocks unapproved POs or POs for another warehouse.

Document and blind receiving

  • Received and rejected quantity, lot and expiry read from GS1, and serial numbers.
  • Warns if a scanned product doesn't belong to the line.
  • Receiving without a document, with destination location and optional unit cost.

Returns, quality and dock

  • Return receiving with each line's condition and destination.
  • Quality inspections: record and close.
  • Dock door and appointment board: arrival, departure and cancellation.

Put-away

  • Task queue: claim, release and see "my tasks".
  • Suggested location; scan it to confirm or scan another, and the server validates it.
  • Preferred location per product: set or clear.

Picking

  • Line by line: location, item, lot and quantity.
  • Lot chosen by expiry (first to expire, first out).
  • Wrong-location and wrong-item warnings, and short pick with a reason.

Packing and shipping

  • Packing sessions: create a package, scan items, close or void the package.
  • Shipping: find the shipment by order or tracking number, book it and ship it.

Cross-dock, kits and reservations

  • Cross-dock: task queue and move from dock to lane.
  • Kitting: build by scanning components, complete or cancel.
  • Reservations and availability for a product.

Cycle counting

  • Blind count: the system quantity isn't shown.
  • Recount and variance summary: counted versus system.
  • Submitted for approval; a supervisor approves it in Kubrik OS.

Adjustments and moves

  • Stock adjustment with a mandatory reason (damaged, expired, shrinkage, theft, obsolete…) and optional lot.
  • Direct move from one location to another.

Lookups

  • By location: what's there and how much.
  • By product: stock per location, lots and expiries, ABC class, units on order and sale price.
  • Product record.

Scanning

  • Universal scanner: resolves a product, a location or a GS1 code.
  • The device's built-in scanner, a keyboard-mode scanner or the camera.
  • Prevents duplicate reads; beep, vibration and on-screen feedback.

Sign-in and security

  • Username and password, with two-step verification.
  • PIN lock on inactivity.
  • Permissions are Kubrik OS's: the app says "no permission" or "not included in your plan".

Profile and device

  • Working warehouse, changeable from the home screen.
  • Spanish or English, light or dark theme and screen rotation.
  • Configurable beep and vibration on scan.

Sync

  • Queue of pending actions, with each one's detail.
  • Automatic retry, without duplicates.
  • Conflicts resolved in front of the operator.
Online and offline

What keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops.

Most floor work keeps going without network and uploads later on its own. Some operations need to talk to Kubrik OS right away, and the app says so.

Devices and scanners

From the rugged handheld to the manager's phone.

Validated

SVANTTO / Salvatto M09: the app turns on the device's scanner and listens to its reads directly.

Other scanners

Any scanner in keyboard mode (types the code and sends Enter). Zebra and Honeywell work this way, without a specific integration.

Camera

If the device has no trigger, it scans with the camera. It asks for permission the first time.
