Certificados ARCA
The tax authority signs each invoice with a digital certificate tied to your CUIT, and gives a different one for testing and for real invoicing. You load each one in two steps: generate a request, then load the certificate the tax authority returns.
El organismo fiscal firma cada comprobante con un certificado digital asociado a tu CUIT, y entrega uno distinto para pruebas y para facturar de verdad. Cada uno se carga en dos pasos: generar un pedido y después cargar el certificado que devuelve el organismo.

The Proveedor & credenciales tab shows two cards, Homologación (testing) and Producción (real invoicing). The card tagged EN USO is the environment the company invoices with today. Each card also shows the state of its certificate.
La pestaña Proveedor & credenciales muestra dos tarjetas, Homologación (pruebas) y Producción (facturación real). La que dice EN USO es el entorno con el que la empresa factura hoy. Cada tarjeta muestra además el estado de su certificado.

Load a certificate
Cargar un certificado
- Choose the environment by pressing its card.
- Press Generar pedido (CSR). The system creates the private key and the request on the server. The key never leaves the server and you never handle it.
- Download the request with Descargar .csr, or copy it with Copiar.
- Upload the request at the tax authority's site and associate it with the electronic invoicing service (wsfe). This step is done outside Kubrik POS, with the company's tax credentials. The site returns the signed certificate.
- Paste the certificate in Cargar el certificado firmado: the whole text, from -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- to the end.
- Press Cargar certificado firmado. You see Certificado cargado y emparejado con la clave. Credencial activa lista. If it is the production certificate and the company is still in homologación, you see instead Certificado de producción cargado. La empresa sigue facturando en homologación hasta que la promuevas.
- Press Probar on the active credential. It checks the certificate against the tax authority without issuing anything.
- Elegí el entorno tocando su tarjeta.
- Tocá Generar pedido (CSR). El sistema crea la clave privada y el pedido en el servidor. La clave nunca sale del servidor ni pasa por tus manos.
- Descargá el pedido con Descargar .csr, o copialo con Copiar.
- Subí el pedido en el sitio del organismo fiscal y asocialo al servicio de factura electrónica (wsfe). Este paso se hace fuera de Kubrik POS, con la clave fiscal de la empresa. El sitio devuelve el certificado firmado.
- Pegá el certificado en Cargar el certificado firmado: el texto entero, desde -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- hasta el final.
- Tocá Cargar certificado firmado. Ves Certificado cargado y emparejado con la clave. Credencial activa lista. Si es el certificado de producción y la empresa sigue en homologación, ves en cambio Certificado de producción cargado. La empresa sigue facturando en homologación hasta que la promuevas.
- Tocá Probar en la credencial activa. Verifica el certificado contra el organismo fiscal sin emitir nada.

Renew a certificate
Renovar un certificado
With a valid certificate loaded, the steps are folded behind a green notice. Press Renovar certificado (or Continuar la renovación if a request is already waiting) and repeat the same steps; the first button is now called Generar nuevo pedido. The current certificate keeps signing until you load the new one, so renewing does not interrupt invoicing. Earlier certificates stay in the table as Reemplazada or Vencida: they are kept as history and only the newest one signs.
Con un certificado vigente cargado, los pasos quedan plegados detrás de un aviso verde. Tocá Renovar certificado (o Continuar la renovación si ya hay un pedido esperando) y repetí los mismos pasos; el primer botón ahora se llama Generar nuevo pedido. El certificado actual sigue firmando hasta que cargues el nuevo, así que renovar no interrumpe la facturación. Los certificados anteriores quedan en la tabla como Reemplazada o Vencida: se conservan como historial y solo firma el más nuevo.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- Step 2 is greyed out
- Generate the request (step 1) first. The certificate is paired with the key created by that request.
- "El certificado no corresponde a ningún pedido (CSR) generado para este ambiente."
- You pasted the certificate of the other environment, or one signed for a request that was not generated here. Open the right card and paste the certificate signed for its request.
- "Certificado inválido: …"
- The text is incomplete. Paste it whole, including the first and last lines.
- "No se pudo descargar el CSR."
- Copy the request by hand from the text box and save it in a file ending in .csr.
- I generated a new request by mistake
- Nothing is lost. The system keeps every pending request of that environment and pairs the certificate with whichever one it was signed for, so the certificate of either the old or the new request loads.
- El paso 2 está en gris
- Generá primero el pedido (paso 1). El certificado se empareja con la clave que crea ese pedido.
- «El certificado no corresponde a ningún pedido (CSR) generado para este ambiente.»
- Pegaste el certificado del otro entorno, o uno firmado para un pedido que no se generó acá. Abrí la tarjeta correcta y pegá el certificado firmado para su pedido.
- «Certificado inválido: …»
- El texto está incompleto. Pegalo entero, con la primera y la última línea.
- «No se pudo descargar el CSR.»
- Copiá el pedido a mano desde el cuadro de texto y guardalo en un archivo terminado en .csr.
- Generé un pedido nuevo sin querer
- No se pierde nada. El sistema conserva todos los pedidos pendientes de ese entorno y empareja el certificado con el que corresponda, así que carga tanto el certificado del pedido anterior como el del nuevo.
