The segment composer
El compositor de segmentos
The composer turns a sentence into a rule over the analytics figures and tells you how many customers meet it. Today it understands a short list of sentences, in English, and it does not save the result.
What it understands
Qué entiende
The composer does not interpret free text: it recognises five kinds of sentence by their key words, which have to be written in English. Anything else is answered with an error that lists the accepted sentences.

Pedir una propuesta
- Open CRM Analytics → Copilot → AI Segment Composer.
- Type the sentence in the text box, in English.

- Read the proposal that appears below.

What you can do with a proposal
Qué se puede hacer con una propuesta
- Discard removes the proposal from the screen.
- Edit query only reminds you to change the sentence above and ask again; the proposal stays on screen until you do.
- Save segment is not available yet: it shows an explanatory message and saves nothing. To keep a segment, write down the rule and create the segment in CRM.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Could not map query to a predicate. …"
- The sentence is not one of the five kinds the composer recognises, or it is not in English. Rewrite it following one of the examples in the table above.
- An error that says the aggregates have not been computed yet
- The nightly calculation has never run for your company, so there is nothing to count. Look again tomorrow.
- "No accounts match"
- For the sentences about stopping buying, nobody has a churn score of 70% or more. For the last three kinds of sentence, see the warning above.
- I asked for the top 50 and got ten
- The composer shows at most ten customers per proposal. For a longer ranking by margin use Margin per customer.
- The example in the text box gives a different result from what it says
- The example mentions VIP customers and B2B, but the composer only recognises the part about not having purchased, and answers with the customers who stopped buying.
- «Could not map query to a predicate. …»
Volvé a mirar mañana.
- «Ninguna cuenta coincide»
