All of Kubrik OS, module by module.
This page lists only what works today. What's coming is at the end, marked separately. Filter by area or scroll down to integrations and the technical sheet.
Catalog
- Families and SKUs with variant axes, and the variant matrix generated for you.
- Categories with required or recommended attributes, and bulk reclassification with preview.
- Attributes with templates and dependencies; when you create one, it warns if a similar one exists.
- "Ready to sell": 14 checks across stock, orders, accounting, translations and images, updated automatically.
- Kits whose availability comes from their components' stock.
Data, codes and images
- AI-guided import of supplier spreadsheets, with a preview at each stage; if AI isn't available, it continues by rules.
- Import and export in CSV, JSON and XML, with an error report.
- EAN-13 codes with your GS1 prefix or an internal range, and your own code conventions.
- Photos with sized versions, and photos taken on a phone that wait for approval.
- Duplicate detection, versions with comparison, change history and outbound webhooks.
Inventory and locations
- Warehouses, zones and locations, with a setup wizard and bulk creation.
- Available, reserved, damaged and in-transit stock, with movement history.
- Lots and serials with expiry; picking takes what expires first.
- Replenishment, reorder points with alerts, transfers between warehouses and reservations.
- ABC analysis, stock aging, and accuracy, turnover and occupancy indicators.
From receiving to shipping
- Receiving against a purchase order or blind, with the delivery note, separating supplier from carrier shortages.
- Put-away with suggestions and a task queue; wave picking; packing into SSCC-labelled units.
- ZPL, PDF or PNG labels with GS1-128 codes; one scan resolves product, lot, serial, location or order.
- Cycle counts that ask for approval when the variance exceeds your threshold.
- Quality control, kitting, cross-docking, docks and customer returns.
Orders that don't break
- Stock allocation from one warehouse, split or by proximity, with preview and backorders.
- A single rule decides which actions are allowed; screen and server apply it the same way.
- Shipments that deduct stock and invoice per shipment or per order, as you choose.
- Returns with approval, stock restocking and a credit note.
- Holds with a reason, payments before invoicing, and POS and ERP sales in one list.
Shipment tracking is entered by hand, and orders from other channels come in by API or import.
Purchasing by the numbers
- Supplier catalog per SKU, with quantity-break prices, contracts and a preferred supplier.
- Supplier price lists in CSV or XLSX: increases of 15% or more are held until someone approves them.
- Reorder points with minimum and multiple order quantities, seasonality and abnormal-cost alerts.
- Supplier scores from 0 to 100: on-time in-full deliveries, quality and price.
- Orders with separation of duties, budget control, co-signing by amount, PDF and email to the supplier.
Prices and promotions
- Layered pricing: account, group, segment, branch, channel and base list, with quantity breaks.
- Bulk repricing with commercial rounding, future dates, approval of anything below margin, and rollback.
- Margin protection using accounting cost or the preferred supplier's price, and a margin report.
- Promotions as rules: percentage above an amount or per category, "buy N pay M", exclusivity and a simulator.
- Coupons with total and per-customer limits, a promotional calendar and audited price history.
Today the engine is used by the POS, the CRM and the product record.
Ledger and close
- Entries flow from draft to posted, with gap-free numbering, and are immutable: corrections are reversals.
- Whoever enters can't post. Templates, recurring entries and automatic accrual reversals.
- Ledger with drill-down to the document; trial balance, balance sheet and comparative income statement, exportable to CSV.
- Close with eight blocking checks, and year-end close with an automatic entry.
- Automatic entries from the POS, orders, purchasing and costing, including cost of goods sold.
Receivables, payables and banks
- Invoices, credit and debit notes, payments applied in part, and overdue marking.
- ARCA e-invoicing from the ERP, in Argentina, outage-proof: it never requests the CAE twice.
- Supplier invoices matched against the order and the receipt.
- CSV, CAMT.053, MT940 and OFX statements, reconciliation with auto-matching, and payment batches with approval.
- Multi-currency with revaluation built into the close; exchange rates are entered.
Costing, assets and budgets
- FIFO, LIFO, weighted-average and standard costing, with cost layers and landed cost.
- Fixed assets with five depreciation methods, disposals, revaluation and impairment.
- Budgets with commitments that warn or block when a purchase order is approved.
- Per-line tax engine, jurisdictions, withholdings and exemption certificates.
- Financial ratios and receivables aging.
From contact to order
- Accounts, contacts, addresses, tags and custom fields.
- Leads with assignment, conversion with preview and export.
- Configurable pipelines and stages, opportunities with lines and a per-stage summary.
- Versioned quotes with approval that turn into orders.
- Merging duplicate accounts and contacts with preview and undo.
Kubrik POS
The smart point of sale uses the same products, prices, customers and stock. It invoices with ARCA, charges with Mercado Pago, and every cash close reaches accounting.
People
- Employee files whose sensitive data access is logged, and managers who see only their team.
- Organization: entities, units, positions, cost centers and calendars.
- Versioned contracts, salary bands and salary reviews.
- Leave with policies, balances, approval and encashment.
- Payroll with your own formulas, payslips and an accounting entry per cost center.
- Document expiry alerts, onboarding, goals, reviews and employee self-service.
Payroll doesn't include any country's statutory agreements or forms.
Projects and hours
- Projects with templates, tasks, resources and assignments that detect conflicts.
- Hours and expenses with flow-based approval.
- Rate cards that explain which rate applied, and retainers.
- Utilization, margin, non-billable hours, realization and forecast reports.
Shared files
- Personal and shared spaces, folders, a recycle bin with restore, and preview.
- Permissions per folder and file, and public share links.
- Files linked to records in other modules.
Approval flows
- Visual editor with approvals, co-signatures, conditions, parallel steps, deadlines and notifications.
- Versions, side-effect-free simulation and shadow mode before switching on.
- An inbox with reassignment, absences, delegation and an AI summary.
- Templates for entries, payments, requisitions, supplier invoices, purchase orders, quotes, expenses, hours and below-floor prices.
- Whoever starts it can't approve it.
Kubrik Copilot
- 347 tools across the modules; it sees only what your permissions allow.
- Every change is a proposal a person confirms; entries and payments are never automatic.
- Scheduled agents that publish briefings with citations, and reviewable memory.
- Your own AI client, over MCP, with personal kos_ keys.
Security and operations
- Per-company isolation in the database.
- Clonable roles, permissions per module and per branch.
- Sessions with location and revocation, lockout after failed attempts, and an optional second factor.
- Modules switched on per company, a documented REST API and webhooks.
- A 0–100 financial pulse, available through Kubrik Copilot.
What happens in one module reaches the others on its own.
Outside Kubrik OS: ARCA (Argentina), purchase-order email, webhooks, bank files, ZPL label printers and AI clients over MCP.
