Detener algo
What you can stop, how, and what stays as it was. Read this before you need it.

There is no button to cancel a run that is in progress. If an agent is doing something it should not, pause the agent: it stops being allowed to act, its pending proposals are cancelled, and no new run starts.No hay un botón para cancelar una corrida en curso. Si un agente está haciendo algo que no debe, pausá el agente: deja de tener permitido actuar, sus propuestas pendientes se cancelan, y no arranca ninguna corrida nueva.
Pause an agent
Pausar un agente
- Go to Copilot → Agents.
- Open the menu of the agent and choose Pause, or open the agent and press Pause in its header.
- Check that the status says Paused.
- Andá a Copilot → Agentes.
- Abrí el menú del agente y elegí Pausar, o abrí el agente y tocá Pausar en su encabezado.
- Verificá que el estado diga En pausa.
While paused, the agent does not run: each time a schedule comes due, a skipped run is recorded. The proposals it had waiting are cancelled and cannot be approved afterwards. Resume brings it back; it will propose again in its next run.
Mientras está en pausa, el agente no corre: cada vez que le toca una agenda, queda registrada una corrida salteada. Las propuestas que tenía en espera se cancelan y no se pueden aprobar después. Reanudar lo recupera; va a volver a proponer en su próxima corrida.
Retire an agent

- Delete or disable its schedules first, in the Schedules tab. Retiring does not remove them, and they would keep recording skipped runs.
- Choose Retire in the menu of the agent.
- Type the confirmation phrase the window asks for (the word RETIRE followed by the agent's code) and confirm.
- Primero borrá o deshabilitá sus agendas, en la pestaña Agendas. Retirar no las elimina, y seguirían registrando corridas salteadas.
- Elegí Retirar en el menú del agente.
- Escribí la frase de confirmación que pide la ventana (la palabra RETIRE seguida del código del agente) y confirmá.

Retiring cannot be undone. A retired agent never runs again and cannot be resumed. Its runs, briefings and mandate versions are kept for reading.Retirar no se puede deshacer. Un agente retirado no vuelve a correr y no se puede reanudar. Sus corridas, briefings y versiones de mandato se conservan para leerlos.

Pausing each agent stops the agents. Turning Copilot off for the whole organisation, including the chat, is not on these screens: it is done by whoever operates your Kubrik installation, with an emergency switch on the server. See the technical manual, Setting Copilot up.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- I paused the agent and a run still finished
- It was already running. From the moment of the pause, nothing it proposed can be approved.
- "The agent that proposed this is PAUSED, so what it proposed can no longer be carried out."
- Someone tried to approve a proposal of a paused agent. That is the pause working.
- The agent already made a change I did not want
- Pausing does not undo it. Correct the record on the screen of its module, and add the action to Denied tools or change the rule that allowed it.
- A retired agent still shows skipped runs
- One of its schedules is still enabled. Delete it.
- Pausé el agente y una corrida igual terminó
- Ya estaba corriendo. Desde el momento de la pausa, nada de lo que propuso se puede aprobar.
- «The agent that proposed this is PAUSED, so what it proposed can no longer be carried out.»
- Alguien quiso aprobar una propuesta de un agente en pausa. Es la pausa funcionando.
- El agente ya hizo un cambio que yo no quería
- Pausar no lo deshace. Corregí el registro en la pantalla de su módulo, y agregá la acción a Herramientas denegadas o cambiá la regla que lo permitió.
- Un agente retirado sigue mostrando corridas salteadas
- Una de sus agendas sigue habilitada. Borrala.
