Crear y administrar agentes
The agents list shows every agent of your organisation with its status. From here you create an agent, start it, pause it or retire it.
La lista de agentes muestra todos los agentes de tu organización con su estado. Desde acá creás un agente, lo arrancás, lo pausás o lo retirás.

The list has the columns Code, Name, Status and Modules. Search by code, name or description, and filter by Status or Module. Click a row, or Open in its menu, to see the agent.
La lista tiene las columnas Código, Nombre, Estado y Módulos. Buscá por código, nombre o descripción, y filtrá por Estado o Módulo. Hacé clic en una fila, o en Abrir en su menú, para ver el agente.

| Draft | Just created. It does nothing yet. |
| Active | It works: it runs and its proposals can be approved. |
| Paused | It does not run and nothing it proposed can be approved. It can be resumed. |
| Retired | Stopped for good. It cannot be brought back. |

Create an agent
Crear un agente
- Press New agent.
- Type the Code. A short identifier without spaces. It is saved in lower case, and it is what other agents and the mandate use to refer to this one.
- Type the Name that people will see.
- Choose the Modules the agent works on. At least one.
- Write a Description of what it is for.
- Press Create draft. The agent opens on its own page, as a draft, with no mandate and no schedule.
- Tocá Nuevo agente.
- Escribí el Código. Un identificador corto sin espacios. Se guarda en minúsculas, y es lo que usan otros agentes y el mandato para referirse a este.
- Escribí el Nombre que va a ver la gente.
- Elegí los Módulos sobre los que trabaja el agente. Al menos uno.
- Escribí una Descripción de para qué sirve.
- Tocá Crear borrador. El agente se abre en su propia página, como borrador, sin mandato y sin agenda.

Choose the code and the modules with care. An agent cannot be renamed, moved to other modules or deleted afterwards. If you got it wrong, retire it and create another.Elegí con cuidado el código y los módulos. Un agente no se puede renombrar, cambiar de módulos ni borrar después. Si te equivocaste, retiralo y creá otro.

Start, pause and resume
Arrancar, pausar y reanudar
- Resume starts a draft agent or brings a paused one back. It works only if the agent has an active mandate.
- Pause stops an active agent. From that moment it does not run, and every proposal of the agent that was waiting for approval is cancelled. The notice on screen says waiting proposals stay where they are; in fact they can no longer be approved.
- Retire is final. See Stopping something.
- Reanudar arranca un agente en borrador o recupera uno en pausa. Solo funciona si el agente tiene un mandato activo.
- Pausar detiene un agente activo. Desde ese momento no corre, y toda propuesta del agente que esperaba aprobación se cancela. El aviso en pantalla dice que las propuestas en espera siguen donde estaban; en realidad ya no se pueden aprobar.
- Retirar es definitivo. Mirá Detener algo.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "The agent could not be created."
- Most often the code is already used by another agent, or a module is not valid. The message from the server is shown when there is one.
- Resume does nothing or shows an error
- The agent has no active mandate. Write one and have it activated first.
- "The agent's status could not be changed."
- The request failed, or the agent is retired. A retired agent cannot change status.
- New agent or Pause are not shown
- You can view agents but not manage them. Ask your administrator.
- «No se pudo crear el agente.»
- Lo más común es que el código ya lo use otro agente, o que un módulo no sea válido. Cuando el servidor da un mensaje, se muestra.
- Reanudar no hace nada o muestra un error
- El agente no tiene un mandato activo. Primero escribí uno y hacelo activar.
- «No se pudo cambiar el estado del agente.»
- La solicitud falló, o el agente está retirado. Un agente retirado no puede cambiar de estado.
- No aparecen Nuevo agente ni Pausar
- Podés ver agentes pero no administrarlos. Consultá a tu administrador.
