Copilot uses the AI models of one provider, Anthropic. To answer, it needs a credential for that provider: your organisation's own key, or the one of the installation.

Copilot usa los modelos de IA de un solo proveedor, Anthropic. Para responder necesita una credencial de ese proveedor: la clave propia de tu organización, o la de la instalación.

What is supported

Qué se admite

One provider: Anthropic. There is no option for another provider, and the address of the service cannot be changed.
The key is per organisation. Every AI feature of your organisation uses it: the Copilot chat, the agents and the summaries of approval requests.
The models you can choose are the ones in the list on this screen. The list comes with the product.

Un solo proveedor: Anthropic. No hay opción para otro proveedor, y la dirección del servicio no se puede cambiar.
La clave es por organización. La usan todas las funciones de IA de tu organización: el chat de Copilot, los agentes y los resúmenes de pedidos de aprobación.
Los modelos que podés elegir son los de la lista de esta pantalla. La lista viene con el producto.

Load your organisation's key

Cargar la clave de tu organización

Get an API key from your Anthropic account.
Open AI Config and go to the card Anthropic API key.
Paste the key in the key field. It is hidden as you type.
Type a Name (optional) to recognise it later, for example Production key. The name appears in the statistics.
Press Save. The notice says "API key saved" and the card shows Active, with Key ends in and the last four characters.

Conseguí una clave de API en tu cuenta de Anthropic.
Abrí Configuración de IA y andá a la tarjeta Clave de API de Anthropic.
Pegá la clave en el campo de la clave. Se oculta mientras escribís.
Escribí un Nombre (opcional) para reconocerla después, por ejemplo Clave de producción. El nombre aparece en las estadísticas.
Tocá Guardar. El aviso dice «Clave de API guardada» y la tarjeta muestra Activa, con La clave termina en y los últimos cuatro caracteres.

The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again: not to you, not to anyone. You only see its last four characters.
To replace it, paste the new one and press Save. The new key is used within half a minute.
To remove it, press Clear and confirm with Clear key.
The screen does not check the key when you save it. A key typed wrong is saved the same. Confirm it by asking Copilot a question.

La clave se guarda cifrada y no se vuelve a mostrar: ni a vos ni a nadie. Solo ves sus últimos cuatro caracteres.
Para reemplazarla, pegá la nueva y tocá Guardar. La clave nueva se usa en menos de medio minuto.
Para quitarla, tocá Quitar y confirmá con Borrar clave.
La pantalla no verifica la clave al guardarla. Una clave mal escrita se guarda igual. Confirmala haciéndole una pregunta a Copilot.

Elegir qué cuenta paga

The card Which account pays decides where the credential comes from.

La tarjeta Qué cuenta paga decide de dónde sale la credencial.

Option	What it does
Automatic	Uses your organisation's key if there is one. If there is none, it uses the credential of the installation, when the installation has one.
This tenant's API key	Uses only your organisation's key. Without a key, AI features do not work.
Anthropic CLI login on the server	Uses a login kept on the server by whoever operates the installation. You can choose a Profile among those the installation allows. Disabled when the installation has none.

Automático	Usa la clave de tu organización si hay una. Si no hay, usa la credencial de la instalación, cuando la instalación tiene una.
La clave de API de este tenant	Usa solo la clave de tu organización. Sin clave, las funciones de IA no funcionan.
Sesión del CLI de Anthropic en el servidor	Usa una sesión que mantiene en el servidor quien opera la instalación. Podés elegir un Perfil entre los que la instalación permite. Deshabilitada cuando la instalación no tiene ninguna.

Press Save to keep the choice. Test it checks that a credential can be obtained with that choice and answers "Working. Using …, ending in …".

Tocá Guardar para conservar la elección. Probarla verifica que se pueda obtener una credencial con esa elección y responde «Funciona. Usa …, termina en …».

Test it does not send a request to the provider. It tells you that a credential exists, not that the provider accepts it. A revoked or mistyped key still shows as working. The real test is a question in the chat.Probarla no le manda un pedido al proveedor. Te dice que existe una credencial, no que el proveedor la acepta. Una clave revocada o mal escrita igual figura como que funciona. La prueba real es una pregunta en el chat.

Know who is paying. With Automatic and no key of your own, usage is charged to the account of the installation. If your organisation must pay with its own account, choose This tenant's API key.Sabé quién paga. Con Automático y sin clave propia, el uso se carga a la cuenta de la instalación. Si tu organización tiene que pagar con su propia cuenta, elegí La clave de API de este tenant.

Common issues

Problemas habituales

"Action required — no API key set": Your organisation has no key. Load one, or check that Which account pays is on Automatic and the installation has a credential.
"This tenant is set to use its own Anthropic API key and none is configured. Set one in Platform → AI, or switch the credential source.": The source is This tenant's API key and there is no key. Load one or change the source.
"No Anthropic API key is configured for this tenant and the platform credential could not be obtained. …": There is no key of yours and the installation has no usable credential. Load a key.
"Anthropic rejected the API key / token. …": The provider refused the credential: it was revoked, mistyped or has no credit. Replace the key.
"The configured model is not available for this tenant's API key — check AI config.": Your Anthropic account cannot use the model chosen. Choose another model in Model routing.
"Not usable": The source you chose cannot give a credential right now. Press Test it to read why.
"This platform has no server-side login configured.": The installation has no login on the server. Use your own key.
"Failed to save API key": The key must have between 8 and 512 characters, and the name up to 100.

«Acción requerida — no hay clave de API configurada»: Tu organización no tiene clave. Cargá una, o verificá que Qué cuenta paga esté en Automático y que la instalación tenga una credencial.
«This tenant is set to use its own Anthropic API key and none is configured. Set one in Platform → AI, or switch the credential source.»: El origen es La clave de API de este tenant y no hay clave. Cargá una o cambiá el origen.
«No Anthropic API key is configured for this tenant and the platform credential could not be obtained. …»: No hay clave propia y la instalación no tiene una credencial utilizable. Cargá una clave.
«Anthropic rejected the API key / token. …»: El proveedor rechazó la credencial: fue revocada, está mal escrita o no tiene crédito. Reemplazá la clave.
«El modelo configurado no está disponible para la clave de API de este tenant — revisá la configuración de IA.»: Tu cuenta de Anthropic no puede usar el modelo elegido. Elegí otro modelo en Enrutamiento de modelos.
«No utilizable»: El origen que elegiste no puede dar una credencial en este momento. Tocá Probarla para leer por qué.
«This platform has no server-side login configured.»: La instalación no tiene una sesión en el servidor. Usá tu propia clave.
«No se pudo guardar la clave de API»: La clave tiene que tener entre 8 y 512 caracteres, y el nombre hasta 100.
