Qué hay para configurar
Copilot works when three things are in place: the module is on, there is a working credential for the AI provider, and people have been given access. This chapter is the checklist.

Everything is under Platform, in the Copilot group.

Checklist to get the chat working
Lista de control para que funcione el chat
- Check that the Copilot module is on for your organisation. If the Copilot entry is missing from the menu and from the user menu, it is off.
- Set the provider credential in AI Config. See The AI provider and its key.
- Leave model routing on Automatic to start with. See Models and answers.
- Give people access. Out of the box only administrators can use Copilot. See Who may use Copilot.
- Set the monthly limit before you open it to many people. See Limits, cost and usage.
- Open the chat yourself and ask a question, to confirm the credential works.
- Verificá que el módulo Copilot esté encendido para tu organización. Si falta la entrada Copilot en el menú y en el menú de usuario, está apagado.
- Cargá la credencial del proveedor en Configuración de IA. Mirá El proveedor de IA y su clave.
- Dejá el enrutamiento de modelos en Automático para empezar. Mirá Modelos y respuestas.
- Dales acceso a las personas. De fábrica solo los administradores pueden usar Copilot. Mirá Quién puede usar Copilot.
- Poné el límite mensual antes de abrirlo a mucha gente. Mirá Límites, costo y uso.
- Abrí el chat vos mismo y hacé una pregunta, para confirmar que la credencial funciona.
What is set on the server, not on screen
Qué se configura en el servidor, no en pantalla
Some things are decided by whoever operates the Kubrik installation, in the server configuration. They are off unless someone turns them on, and changing them needs a restart.
Algunas cosas las decide quien opera la instalación de Kubrik, en la configuración del servidor. Están apagadas salvo que alguien las encienda, y cambiarlas requiere reiniciar.

If you plan to use agents, ask whoever operates your installation to confirm that background runs, the scheduler and the queue are on before you build schedules around them.Si pensás usar agentes, pedile a quien opera tu instalación que confirme que las corridas de fondo, el programador y la cola están encendidos antes de armar agendas alrededor de ellos.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- I do not see the Copilot group under Platform
- Each screen needs a permission: AI configuration, Copilot administration, or organisation settings. Out of the box the organisation administrator has all three.
- Users say "! cannot open session"
- They have no access. See Who may use Copilot.
- Users get an error about the API key
- There is no working credential. See The AI provider and its key.
- No veo el grupo Copiloto en Plataforma
- Cada pantalla requiere un permiso: configuración de IA, administración de Copilot, o ajustes de la organización. De fábrica el administrador de la organización tiene los tres.
- Los usuarios dicen «! cannot open session»
