Hire an agent shows one card per agent on offer, with its Included budget, Tier ceiling, Edition minimum and Price band. Below, What this tenant holds lists the agents your organisation has or had; turn on Include ended to see the finished ones.
Contratar un agente muestra una tarjeta por cada agente en oferta, con su Presupuesto incluido, Techo de nivel, Edición mínima y Banda de precio. Debajo, Lo que tiene este tenant lista los agentes que tu organización tiene o tuvo; encendé Incluir terminados para ver los que finalizaron.

Start a trial
Iniciar una prueba
- Open Platform → Copilot → Hire an Agent.
- Press the trial button on the card of the agent; it shows the number of days.
- Confirm in the window Start the trial?. The notice says the agent is on trial.
- Go to Copilot → Agents to review its mandate and its schedules before letting it work.
- Abrí Plataforma → Copiloto → Hire an Agent.
- Tocá el botón de prueba en la tarjeta del agente; muestra la cantidad de días.
- Confirmá en la ventana ¿Iniciar la prueba?. El aviso dice que el agente está en prueba.
- Andá a Copilot → Agentes para revisar su mandato y sus agendas antes de dejarlo trabajar.
- One trial per agent. An agent that was already on trial cannot be tried again.
- What the agent uses counts against your organisation's monthly AI limit.
- When the trial ends, the agent is stood down: it is paused and its schedules are disabled.
- Una prueba por agente. Un agente que ya estuvo en prueba no se puede volver a probar.
- Lo que usa el agente cuenta contra el límite mensual de IA de tu organización.
- Cuando termina la prueba, el agente se da de baja: queda en pausa y sus agendas se deshabilitan.
Stop a trial
Detener una prueba
Press Stop on the agent, type the confirmation phrase the window asks for and confirm. The notice says the agent was stopped.
Tocá Parar en el agente, escribí la frase de confirmación que pide la ventana y confirmá. El aviso dice que se detuvo al agente.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Hiring is not available in this deployment yet"
- Hiring is not built yet. Use the trial.
- The trial button is not shown
- The agent was already tried, your edition is below its Edition minimum, or you can view the catalogue but not manage it.
- The agent is on trial but does nothing
- Check in Copilot → Agents that it is active with an active mandate and a schedule, and that your installation has background runs turned on.
- «Contratar todavía no está disponible en este despliegue»
- La contratación todavía no está construida. Usá la prueba.
- No aparece el botón de prueba
- El agente ya fue probado, tu edición es menor que su Edición mínima, o podés ver el catálogo pero no administrarlo.
- El agente está en prueba pero no hace nada
- Verificá en Copilot → Agentes que esté activo con un mandato activo y una agenda, y que tu instalación tenga encendidas las corridas de fondo.
