What is recorded
Qué se registra
The audit log does not record everything that happens in the system. This chapter lists what it does record, with the name of each action as the page shows it, and what you will not find there.
El registro de auditoría no anota todo lo que pasa en el sistema. Este capítulo lista lo que sí anota, con el nombre de cada acción tal como lo muestra la página, y lo que no vas a encontrar ahí.

Reactivating a user with Activate is recorded as User Updated, with the status changing to active.

Two-step verification
Verificación en dos pasos
These lines have the person as actor, because each one acts on their own account.
Estas líneas tienen a la persona como actor, porque cada uno actúa sobre su propia cuenta.

Some operations of other modules leave a line here too, for example the creation of a company or of a warehouse and the adjustments of stock. Each module also keeps the history of its own documents on its own screens.
Algunas operaciones de otros módulos también dejan una línea acá, por ejemplo la creación de una empresa o de un almacén y los ajustes de stock. Cada módulo guarda además el historial de sus propios documentos en sus propias pantallas.
What you will not find
Lo que no vas a encontrar
- Ordinary sign-ins. A sign-in with e-mail and password, right or wrong, leaves no line. For users with two-step verification, the code accepted or refused does.
- A person changing their own password from their profile.
- The day-to-day work in the modules: orders, invoices, receipts. Look for that in each module.
- What a person looked at. The log records changes, not consultations.
- Los ingresos comunes. Un ingreso con correo y contraseña, correcto o no, no deja línea. En los usuarios con verificación en dos pasos, sí la deja el código aceptado o rechazado.
- Una persona cambiando su propia contraseña desde su perfil.
- El trabajo de todos los días en los módulos: pedidos, facturas, recepciones. Eso buscalo en cada módulo.
- Lo que una persona miró. El registro anota cambios, no consultas.

The page only reads the log. Nobody in the organization can change or delete a line from it.La página solo lee el registro. Nadie en la organización puede cambiar ni borrar una línea desde ella.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- I am looking for a failed sign-in and it is not there
- Sign-ins with password are not recorded. To know when a person last entered, look at Last Login in Tenant Users.
- A line says 2fa Disabled and the actor is not the user
- Someone else removed two-step verification from that account. From your organization only the person can turn it off, so ask Kubrik support.
- There are lines Flag Changed or Limit Changed that nobody here made
- Kubrik made them when setting up or changing your plan.
- A role was given to a user and there is no line about the role
- Giving or taking a role from Tenant Users is recorded as User Updated on that user. Open the line to see the roles before and after.
- Busco un ingreso fallido y no está
- Los ingresos con contraseña no se anotan. Para saber cuándo entró una persona por última vez, mirá Último inicio de sesión en Usuarios del inquilino.
- Una línea dice 2fa Disabled y el actor no es el usuario
- Otra persona le quitó la verificación en dos pasos a esa cuenta. Desde tu organización solo la persona puede desactivarla, así que consultá al soporte de Kubrik.
- Hay líneas Flag Changed o Limit Changed que acá no hizo nadie
- Las hizo Kubrik al configurar o cambiar tu plan.
- Se le dio un rol a un usuario y no hay una línea sobre el rol
- Dar o quitar un rol desde Usuarios del inquilino se anota como User Updated sobre ese usuario. Abrí la línea para ver los roles antes y después.
