The audit log is the history of the changes made to the organization's configuration: what changed, who did it and when.
El registro de auditoría es el historial de los cambios hechos a la configuración de la organización: qué cambió, quién lo hizo y cuándo.

The page Audit Log lists the entries from the newest to the oldest. Next to the title, a number shows how many entries match what you are looking at. The Refresh button at the top right reads the log again.
La página Registro de auditoría lista los registros del más nuevo al más viejo. Al lado del título, un número muestra cuántos registros coinciden con lo que estás mirando. El botón Actualizar de arriba a la derecha vuelve a leer el registro.

| Entity ID | The identifier of the thing that was changed, shortened. Hold the pointer over it to read it whole. |
| Actor | Who did it: name and e-mail of the user. System when nobody did it by hand. A short identifier instead of a name means the actor is not one of your users, for example Kubrik support. |

Ver qué cambió
Some lines carry an arrow at the right. Press the line, or the arrow, to open it: for each field that changed you see its name, the value it had and the value it has now. Lines without the arrow record that something happened, such as a user being created, without that detail.
Algunas líneas llevan una flecha a la derecha. Tocá la línea, o la flecha, para abrirla: por cada campo que cambió ves su nombre, el valor que tenía y el valor que tiene ahora. Las líneas sin flecha anotan que algo pasó, como la creación de un usuario, sin ese detalle.
In a change to a user, the field of the roles shows the roles before and after. That is how you read who gave or took away a role.
En un cambio a un usuario, el campo de los roles muestra los roles antes y después. Así leés quién dio o quitó un rol.

The filters add up: with a person in Actor and USER in Entity Type you see the changes that person made to users. The cross at the right of the filters clears them all. At the foot of the table you move through the pages and choose 25, 50 or 100 lines per page.
Los filtros se suman: con una persona en Actor y USER en Tipo de entidad ves los cambios que esa persona les hizo a los usuarios. La cruz de la derecha de los filtros los limpia todos. Al pie de la tabla te movés por las páginas y elegís 25, 50 o 100 líneas por página.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "No audit entries" with "Try adjusting your filters."
- Nothing matches the filters. The usual cause is an option chosen in Action, or an incomplete identifier in the search box. Press the cross to clear the filters.
- "No activity recorded for this tenant yet."
- The log of your organization is still empty.
- "Failed to load audit log. Please try again."
- Press Retry.
- The Actor column shows a short code instead of a name
- The actor is not in your list of users: it is someone from Kubrik support, or a user beyond the first five hundred.
- The names of the actions are in English
- The actions and the kinds of entity are not translated.
- I do not see Audit Log in the menu
- Your role does not include reading the audit log. Tenant Administrator does.
- «Sin registros de auditoría» con «Probá ajustar los filtros.»
- Nada coincide con los filtros. La causa habitual es una opción elegida en Acción, o un identificador incompleto en el buscador. Tocá la cruz para limpiar los filtros.
- «Todavía no hay actividad registrada para este tenant.»
- El registro de tu organización todavía está vacío.
- «Error al cargar el registro de auditoría. Intentá de nuevo.»
- Tocá Reintentar.
- La columna Actor muestra un código corto en lugar de un nombre
- El actor no está en tu lista de usuarios: es alguien del soporte de Kubrik, o un usuario más allá de los primeros quinientos.
- Los nombres de las acciones están en inglés
- Las acciones y los tipos de entidad no están traducidos.
- No veo Registro de Auditoría en el menú
- Tu rol no incluye leer el registro de auditoría. Tenant Administrator sí.
