The organization profile
El perfil de la organización
The profile shows the data of your organization's account. You can change one thing in it: the name.
El perfil muestra los datos de la cuenta de tu organización. Podés cambiar una sola cosa: el nombre.

The fields you cannot change are shown in grey. Kubrik manages them: to correct the owner's e-mail or change the plan, contact Kubrik support.
Los campos que no podés cambiar se muestran en gris. Los maneja Kubrik: para corregir el correo del propietario o cambiar el plan, contactá al soporte de Kubrik.
Change the name
Cambiar el nombre
- Open Settings → Configuration → Tenant Profile.
- Type the new name in Organization Name.
- Press Save Changes. The button is enabled only when the name is different from the saved one and is not empty. You see Organization profile updated.
- Abrí Ajustes → Configuración → Perfil de la Organización.
- Escribí el nombre nuevo en Nombre de la organización.
- Tocá Guardar Cambios. El botón se habilita solo cuando el nombre es distinto del guardado y no está vacío. Ves Perfil de la organización actualizado.

Changing the name does not change how people sign in: the Tenant ID stays the same.Cambiar el nombre no cambia cómo ingresa la gente: el ID de Inquilino sigue siendo el mismo.
Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "You have read-only access to this page."
- Your role lets you see the profile but not change it. Ask a user with Tenant Administrator.
- The Save Changes button stays grey
- The name is the same as the saved one, or the field is empty.
- "Failed to update organization profile"
- The name was not saved. Try again; if it repeats, reload the page.
- "Failed to load organization profile"
- Press Retry.
- Where is the Tenant ID?
- It is not on this page. It is the long identifier shown in the top bar of the application, as the Getting started section of the Kubrik OS manual explains.
- «Tiene acceso de solo lectura a esta página.»
- Tu rol te deja ver el perfil pero no cambiarlo. Pedíselo a un usuario con Tenant Administrator.
- El botón Guardar Cambios queda en gris
- El nombre es igual al guardado, o el campo está vacío.
- «No se pudo actualizar el perfil de la organización»
- El nombre no se guardó. Probá de nuevo; si se repite, recargá la página.
- «No se pudo cargar el perfil de la organización»
- Tocá Reintentar.
- ¿Dónde está el ID de Inquilino?
- No está en esta página. Es el identificador largo que se muestra en la barra superior de la aplicación, como explica la sección Primeros pasos del manual de Kubrik OS.
