Ordenar el menú principal
You decide in which order the modules appear in the main menu. The order is the same for every user of the organization.
Decidís en qué orden aparecen los módulos en el menú principal. El orden es el mismo para todos los usuarios de la organización.
How the menu is organized
Cómo está organizado el menú
The modules of the main menu are gathered in four groups: Operations, Engagement, Finance and System. On this page you can change the order of the groups and the order of the modules inside each group. A module cannot be moved to another group. The dashboard is not in the list: it keeps its place.
Los módulos del menú principal están reunidos en cuatro grupos: Operaciones, Interacción, Finanzas y Sistema. En esta página podés cambiar el orden de los grupos y el orden de los módulos dentro de cada grupo. Un módulo no se puede pasar a otro grupo. El panel no está en la lista: conserva su lugar.
The page has two tabs, because each person chooses in their own settings whether they use the side menu or the top bar. Each tab keeps its own order.
La página tiene dos pestañas, porque cada persona elige en sus propios ajustes si usa el menú lateral o la barra superior. Cada pestaña guarda su propio orden.

The page opens on the tab of the menu you are using yourself. It lists only the modules that are switched on for the organization; a module that Kubrik left for consultation only carries the label Read-only.
La página se abre en la pestaña del menú que estás usando vos. Lista solo los módulos que están encendidos para la organización; un módulo que Kubrik dejó solo para consulta lleva la etiqueta Solo lectura.
Change the order
Cambiar el orden
- Choose the tab of the menu you want to order.
- Drag a group by the handle at its left to move the whole group up or down.
- Drag a module by its handle to move it inside its group.
- Check the status at the foot of the page: it changes from All saved to Unsaved changes.
- Press Save order. You see Menu order saved and your own menu changes at once.
- Repeat in the other tab if you want the same order there. Saving applies only to the tab you are on.
- Elegí la pestaña del menú que querés ordenar.
- Arrastrá un grupo desde el tirador de su izquierda para subir o bajar el grupo entero.
- Arrastrá un módulo desde su tirador para moverlo dentro de su grupo.
- Mirá el estado al pie de la página: pasa de Todo guardado a Cambios sin guardar.
- Tocá Guardar orden. Ves Orden del menú guardado y tu propio menú cambia en el momento.
- Repetí en la otra pestaña si querés el mismo orden ahí. Guardar vale solo para la pestaña en la que estás.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Failed to save menu order"
- The order was not saved. Press Save order again; if it repeats, reload the page and order it again.
- "Failed to reset menu order"
- The original order was not restored. Try again.
- A module is missing from the list
- It is switched off for the organization. Switch it on in My Modules and it appears here.
- I ordered the menu and a colleague still sees the old order
- They have to reload the application. If they use the other kind of menu, you ordered the other tab: order theirs too.
- I cannot drop a module in another group
- Modules stay in their group. Only the order inside the group and the order of the groups can change.
- The Save order button is grey
- Nothing changed in this tab since the last save.
- «Error al guardar el orden del menú»
- El orden no se guardó. Tocá Guardar orden otra vez; si se repite, recargá la página y volvé a ordenar.
- «Error al restablecer el orden del menú»
- El orden original no se restauró. Probá de nuevo.
- Falta un módulo en la lista
- Está apagado para la organización. Encendelo en Mis Módulos y aparece acá.
- Ordené el menú y un compañero sigue viendo el orden viejo
- Tiene que recargar la aplicación. Si usa el otro tipo de menú, vos ordenaste la otra pestaña: ordená también la suya.
- No puedo soltar un módulo en otro grupo
- Los módulos se quedan en su grupo. Solo cambia el orden dentro del grupo y el orden de los grupos.
- El botón Guardar orden está en gris
- No cambió nada en esta pestaña desde el último guardado.
