Módulos de una organización
Each organisation decides which modules it uses, within what its plan includes. The administrator of the organisation turns them on and off from their own menu.
Cada organización decide qué módulos usa, dentro de lo que incluye su plan. El administrador de la organización los activa y desactiva desde su propio menú.
Turn a module on or off
Activar o desactivar un módulo
- Open the user menu and press My modules. The screen My organization's modules opens and shows the Plan of the organisation.
- Find the module in the list. Each module opens to show its sections.
- Use the switch of the module or of one of its sections. You see Saved.
- Confirm when you turn one off. The window Hide module? explains that the module leaves the menu; press Hide. If other modules depend on it, the window names them and hides them too.
- Abrí el menú de usuario y tocá Mis módulos. Se abre la pantalla Módulos de mi organización, que muestra el Plan de la organización.
- Buscá el módulo en la lista. Cada módulo se abre para mostrar sus secciones.
- Usá el interruptor del módulo o de una de sus secciones. Ves Guardado.
- Confirmá cuando apagás uno. La ventana ¿Ocultar el módulo? explica que el módulo sale del menú; tocá Ocultar. Si otros módulos dependen de él, la ventana los nombra y también los oculta.

What turning a module off does
Qué hace apagar un módulo
- The module and its screens leave the menu of every user of the organisation.
- The data of the module is kept. Turning it on again brings everything back.
- By default the application keeps answering the calls to that module for users whose role allows them. To have it refuse them, set PMS_GATING_ENABLED to true; see Editions.
- El módulo y sus pantallas salen del menú de todos los usuarios de la organización.
- Los datos del módulo se conservan. Al activarlo de nuevo vuelve todo.
- De fábrica la aplicación sigue contestando las llamadas a ese módulo a los usuarios cuyo rol lo permite. Para que las rechace, poné PMS_GATING_ENABLED en true; mirá Ediciones.
For every organisation of the installation
Para todas las organizaciones de la instalación
A platform administrator can do the same for any organisation: Platform → Tenants, open the organisation and go to its Modules tab. The tab shows how many modules are enabled and the same list of switches.
Un administrador de plataforma puede hacer lo mismo para cualquier organización: Plataforma → Inquilinos, abrir la organización e ir a su pestaña Módulos. La pestaña muestra cuántos módulos están activos y la misma lista de interruptores.
Which modules can appear at all is limited by the edition of the administration image; see Editions. You can show fewer than the edition allows, for the whole installation, with enabledModules in the runtime file; see Reverse proxy and HTTPS.

Common issues
Problemas habituales
- "Could not apply the change. Please try again."
- The application refused the change or did not answer. Check that the user is an administrator of the organisation and that the application is healthy.
- A module I need is under "Not included in your plan"
- The plan of the organisation does not cover it. The plan is not changed from this screen: contact Kubrik support.
- A module is on but does not appear in the menu
- Either the user's role has no permission on it, or the edition of the administration image does not include it, or enabledModules leaves it out.
- My modules is not in the user menu
- Only administrators of the organisation see it.
- «No se pudo aplicar el cambio. Intentá de nuevo.»
- La aplicación rechazó el cambio o no contestó. Revisá que el usuario sea administrador de la organización y que la aplicación esté sana.
- Un módulo que necesito figura en «No incluido en tu plan»
- El plan de la organización no lo cubre. El plan no se cambia desde esta pantalla: contactá al soporte de Kubrik.
- Un módulo está activo pero no aparece en el menú
- O el rol del usuario no tiene permiso sobre él, o la edición de la imagen de administración no lo incluye, o enabledModules lo deja afuera.
- Mis módulos no está en el menú de usuario
- Solo lo ven los administradores de la organización.
