One installation serves many organisations. Each organisation has its own users, modules and data, and every user signs in with the identifier of their organisation.

How a request travels

Cómo viaja un pedido

  1. The browser loads the administration app from nginx (port 80).
  2. The app calls the API on the same address, under /api/. nginx forwards those calls to the application on port 8222.
  3. The application reads and writes the database, uses the cache and stores files in the file store.
  4. Files are downloaded straight from the file store through temporary links that the application signs, so the browser must be able to reach the file store address.

The storefront is a second web application that lives in the same source folder as the administration app. The delivery has no image for it: it is built separately with npm run build:storefront, and you serve the resulting files with your own web server.
